Didn't think it would take me 2 months before I can reply, collage life is getting more busier. As an IT student I've been working on some projects on our major subjects that's why I haven't been in touch with MAL for a while. I just continued watching anime again those summer anime on my list there's a lot HAHAHA, time to watch again now that midterms is finished. Yeah, I'll check your list sometime after I watch all the anime I've been saving.

I agree, the plot of some old anime are really good and interesting not to mention it's uniqueness I did have that time where I only watched old anime when I'm still in a slump from watching romance so I needed a refresher.

BL really is a no for me, I think any straight guy would definitely not step on that nuclear HAHAHA. I do think that GL stories are cute but I've never tried one as I only want to read or watch where mc is a guy for the sake of self insert and also learn somethings.

I think I've already heard that somewhere during those time I'm on a hunt to find as much RomCom manga as possible LOL, today I have 250+ romcom manga on my list I haven't updated in Mal. Thanks for the recommendation, It's just hard to read or watch heavy story which includes sexual relationships on another level. I know it might be weird for me to say it as I love ecchi anime but when s*x is already involved in the story it's a different thing for me to consider before reading a story.

I like guilty pleasure anime and ofc I also love as much those anime that is really gooood though I might be a weird one as I don't have much interest in Shounen anime like One piece, Naruto etc reason ia that I've discovered anime way too late so yeah although there's some exceptions ofc like Demon Slayer I like it but not to the point that I'll put it on my top fav anime because of my taste as I like romance anime more than just pure action.

But It's not like I'm not open minded, I've explored other genres except only the Shoujo genre. I haven't stepped on that yet.

Looks like I really need to respect you, as much as I love ecchi romance anime etc. I can't even bring myself to watch nor read domestic kanojo because it has some really heavy plot going on there I thought to myself I might still be too early to understand this so I haven't touched it. It's the same with Scum's wish and Love and Lies, both stories are so heavy it's breaking my heart just thinking about the plot. Though DomeKano Op is Lit!!!

I do say myself as a romcom maniac so surely there's no need to ask if I like ecchi anime, ofc I love it I'm a guy and that's a guilty pleasure for sure even more if the art style is so good. So I understand you not caring about the plot or mc at all. Cause yeah that guy Reiji the Author I respect him because of his beautiful art style and character design. I actually bet that if the MC personality is a bit more likable then the story can even compete with one of most famous romcom out there. Like Nisekoi and Quintessential Quintuplets. And he probably won't even need to deal with bashes from the fans.

There's no need to hold back about your tastes, there's no problem if you like ecchi anime or manga. As the quote says, "Boys will be boys" HAHA ofc we love it. If you check my list you will see some questionable anime I've watched LOL.

You've got some variation of favorite anime and manga but honestly, this is the first time I've seen someone where they included "Rent a girlfriend" in their favorite anime, it's kind of surprising. Considering for me for my opinion, Kanojo Okarishimasu is one of the worst RomCom I've watch/read. The heroines and plot is actually not bad if you ask me, it's really unique the problem here is the main character which is the worst MC in the RomCom genre. I might've said a lot but it's still just an opinion anyway, I didn't even understand why I read the manga upto 230+.

Anyway, Nice to meet ya you can talk to me if you like some RomCom recommendations be it Manga, Anime, Light Novel, or even Visual Novel. I do read Manhwa/Manhua but I don't know much good romance out besides Webtoon Character Na Kang Lim.
