world and tries hard to live his new life to the fullest since he's got a second chance in life.
Isekai genre is all about presentation of the characters,their motivations and the psychology behind them and the way they present them to us.
Lately,isekai genre has been dominated by shows like Konosuba, Re:zero and sword art online who aren't offensively bad but just not good enough to provide justice to the genre,but if this wasn't enough,there are 100s of trash isekai full of unwanted fan service,annoying characters and cringe worthy moments who have done nothing but made the isekai genre look trashy and cliché.
Isekai is a genre of dreams,fun and morals but in the past decade it has suffered large amount of criticism due to the shows who have taken over this genre,but it was only until 2021,The show we've all wanted for a long time has finally arrived.
Mushoku Tensei: The jobless reincarnation is known as the grandfather of the modern isekai and there is a heavy reason for it.
STORY: The story starts off with the typical isekai stuff for an episode or two but then starts showing the amazing character writing,realisitic story and its super high production value. Our protagonist doesn't just get over the bullying he went through in his last life but instead, he still has the trauma and he strives to step out of his house,He doesn't just get super powers from the very starting but instead, he tries his best to master them,The way the side characters help and support him in the road of him living his new life is the biggest treasure of the show or rather,the real charm of an isekai...

MUSIC: The music was amazing thanks to the production value,Nothing more to say.
Score : 7/10
CHARACTERS: All the characters are amazingly written and very nicely showcased although there are some instances where the show was a little annoying,especially the time when eris came to meet(duh) rudeus but all of this can be overlooked for once thanks to the amazing world building and 11 episodes of pure development and no cringe.

WORLD:The world building is amazing as i have already stated in the last point and i dont think there is much left to talk about. :)

Although this was only an introduction,Mushoku tensei showed us a bunch amazing characters,great psychology and much much more then any other isekai anime,in fact it probably is the best the genre has offered so far.
Overall Score : 9/10
P.S : I WATCHED THIS SHOW A LONG TIME AGO BUT GOT A SUDDEN URGE THE OTHER DAY TO WRITE A REVIEW.
