...then you might like Lupin III add

Very similar characters - a goofy, stupid, monkeyish main character with mad skillz and lots of luck, a weapon master (Jigen and Zolo) and a treacherous, sexy female thief.

If you liked Needless add

...then you might like Dragon Ball Kai add

They both have big muscular guys with super powers fighting in totally ridiculous and entertaining ways. They also have a similar style of story telling where the aforementioned muscle guys spend half the episode discussing power levels before beating the crap out of each other.

If you liked Dead Leaves add

...then you might like Needless add

They both go for completely over the top insane action. Dead Leaves has 100% action and is never boring even for a minute. Needless has a lot of fanservice but too many dull parts and lame attempts at story telling and a lot of DBZ-type stuff where two guys talk about their power levels for hours before fighting. They're both good though.
