Oh yeah I read another guro also by Uziga Waita a couple days ago. There isn’t a page for it so I guess i’ll talk about it here
It’s bad obviously.
Bunch of students at a school get executed for dumb reasons (classic Uziga Waita dark humor) They use old torture methods like brazen bull, stoning etc.
Hey he made an improvement, at least instead of all female students dying in fetish ways, we see a male student get executed, now that’s progress. (Though did they have to focus on his dick so much? That’s literally the final thing they show before he dies)
Now this wouldn’t be so bad, pretty tame actually if holy shit why is it so insanely detailed. Like what the fuck the gore is actually terrifying, it actually broke me the day I read it. Looking at his old stuff and this is a full 180

Now the deaths aren’t drawn out, they actually die pretty quickly. The least bad being hanging and the worst is a girl surviving an execution and forced to be the principals toy, all while she has no limbs.
Now for the hanging, he just had to ruin it by adding fetish stuff. Like did we have to see ALL of her excrement after she got hung? Was that really necessary?

It’s not like Saw where it happens to people who deserve it (although Saw did put some people who didn’t deserve it in traps) they die for stuff like “eating candy in class” Obviously this is supposed to be dark humor and Uziga Waita does it a lot.

The worst torture method in history went to a teacher for refusing to watch a student get executed. This part noped me out of the thing, I left as soon as it showed her being burnt. I sucked it up and read the rest, to find out that was the final execution.

The ending sucks is okay at the same time. It’s revealed none of this was real, and was a girl fantasizing about it, wishing her school did brutal executions.

Overall it’s nothing special, theres no story. Zero, not even an attempt. Sad he traded story for drawing little girls dying (though that doesn’t happen here) It’s sad comparing it to a manga from him I actually enjoyed (and the only one I enjoyed) Death Panda. That had a story and the gore was far from the focus, the gore was just used to show how dire and intense the situation is.
Here the entire focus is the gore.
So unless your into that stuff, I wouldn’t recommend checking it out

I don’t think the ones I liked were even guro. I mean I liked that chainsaw girl one, actually had a story and the gore wasn’t the main focus, also had some good jokes but a slightly confusing ending. Death Panda was 100% a guro, and I loved it. The sexual aspect, no. But the story was decent, actually had some funny moments for a guro, and the ending was really wholesome
