I hated this anime, never have I wanted to murder an MC this much because how much of a beta cuck this dude is. Every single second when I hoped for a redemption arc and for the protag to stop being a pussy and actually choose a girl I would always be disappointed. Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet (Manga) add

I rarely ever write a review for anything but this manga is just phenomenal man. Watched the anime from like 9/2020 and finally got to the manga by now. I binged this in a span of 2 days and it was such an awesome and unforgettable emotional rollercoaster. Yosuke Kaneda just got me completely hooked up with manga cause this is the epitome of romcom and me being a romcom enthusiast approve 100%

Story(10/10): Shakespeare would come up from the grave to praise this manga. I absolutely adore the ending it was predictable but who cares it felt deserving ... and it was beautiful, absolutely hilarious and a beautiful romcom manga, would 100% recommend for starters that want to get into manga(cause I am one). I genuinely cried like a bitch out of joy after reading the ending like it was predictable but damn it was gorgeous and beautiful and the author even gave me a nostalgia drive making me tear up even more like after all obstacles and roadblocks they finally got together so it felt so goddamn cathartic. The "forbidden love" premise might sound generic for some of the more "experienced" readers but I would recommend it nonetheless just for the fact that it's so wholesome and diabetes-inducing. I don't think this plot is beautifully structured or a one-in-a-century written masterpiece or anything of the sort, but the seemingly directionless nature of the story opens up infinite possibilities that made it so unique in my heart and I adored it all the way. I also noticed that the author executed it as a sitcom rather than focusing solely on the plot which makes it a flexible and dynamic story that doesn't require flawless writing to make it a masterpiece, and hell my boy Yosuke Kaneda nailed it perfectly.
Art(10/10): Juliet is one of the most beautifully designed characters I have ever seen in my entire life and the character expressions are on point to the max
Character(10/10): They all have important roles and none of their potential were wasted just for the sake of plot device and they all experienced great, reasonable developments through out the stories without being rushed by the nature of the story. And the dynamic between romio and juliet just can't convince me that there's a better couple than them. I was a juliet simp from the very moment I watched the anime but I am now simping for her even more now that the manga is finished she's just the perfect waifu I cannot convey how close I was to a heart attack every single time she act cute and clingy.
Enjoyment(diabetes/10): This was by far my best manga reading experience, even if assuming I was an experienced reader I would still love the hell out of this manga for sure. Juliet got me overdosing on sugar with every single of her deredere moments and the relationship between the two in addition with every major obstacle they encounter just made this experience so immersive and progressively rewarding. The antagonists got harder and harder to defeat but this manga has never gone to the "ooh power of love" direction like it was pretty realistic and reasonable which made it the more satisfying to see despite the predictable nature. I felt like one of the students at dahlia academy seeing these two overcome those roadblocks on their way to change the world's beliefs. It felt worth every single second reading and was one of the best experience with a form of media I have ever had. ABSOLUTELY read this if you are into a nice romcom with a sprinkle of drama at the end(okay maybe not a sprinkle but a whole damn package but you get what I meant), I know I am pretty late on the praising but hey it's never too late to simp for an S-tier manga like this right?

I just finished kanojo mo kanojo today, and short review: It's a trashterpiece, the stupid and irrational harem that we have seen a lot
