These two anime are alike for the structure and the very basis of the show. They are both anime about the supernatural separated into arcs. While Mononoke has a better focus on the execution and the art. Bakemonogatari is more character and dialogue based.

Both are swag-filled anime where the MC gets all of his harem in swagtastic ways.

If you liked Baccano! add

...then you might like Angel Beats! add

For some reason, I always compare these 2 a lot. Both have a huge set of characters, Angel Beats somewhat fails on this while Baccano succeeds. Both include comic relief breaks to make the pacing refreshing in the forms of T.K. and Isaac and Miria. If you love to see a big cast of characters go crazy, both are must see.

If you liked Aria the Animation add

...then you might like Usagi Drop add

They both have similar pacing with Usagi Drop being faster pace. Have comedy sprinkled in each episode also. While having different settings. The end of each episode always makes you feel good on the inside and enjoy life.
