Kenshin and Yu Yu are both two of the classic action/comedy hybrids, while Yu Yu Hakusho is supernatural, and Rurouni Kenshin is more realistic featuring samurai and swordplay.

Rosario to Vampire Capu2

Both series have an ecchi comedy base, with a pink-haired main heroine, a seductive secondary female, an eccentric lover from the side, and a smaller, magically in-tune girl all gunning for the same, basically normal guy. All the females seeking his affection are much more powerful than the protagonist, and generally have to protect him. Both stories also have a much deeper level of seriousness under the ecchi humor. I prefer Maburaho.

Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch R2

In both Code Geass and Death Note, an incredibly intelligent teenage boy seeks to change the world with a secret, hidden, absolute power that very few know about. They differ in that Code Geass is much funnier while Death Note is much more serious, and that Lelouch uses his power for good, while Light is generally more selfish, especially towards the end. If you like Death Note, you'll DEFINITELY like Code Geass, but the same is not necessarily true in reverse. I personally prefer Code Geass by a lot, but both are awesome. I watched both series in dubs.

Kamen no Maid Guy

Both series have a major emphasis on ecchi and slightly perverted humor, as well as more sexual content than most animes (I watch anyway) and a realitively shallow story. FYI, I watched DearS in dubs, but I obviously watched Maid Guy in subs. I don't know if this matters to anyone who sticks to one or the other.

In both Bleach and Soul Eater, super-powered students learn from even more powerful masters. The emphasis on unique weapons is also a similarity, as well as the two major themes of action and comedy. FYI, I watch Bleach in dubs, but I obviously watched Soul Eater in subs. I don't know if this matters to anyone who sticks to one or the other.
