I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this seemed like it was warranted to save people some time.

This shows just really bad.
Every episode/this entire series just seems like it was made using a bunch of shorts/3 panel newspaper grade "comic" segments. "Date~"- MC monologuing internally about whatever he's doing that day, maybe 3 to 5min of nonsense before transitioning into- "Date~" next pointless internal monolog. All the while the MC or other characters are constantly just getting upgrades thrown at them left and right there's no real sense of growth when it's nonstop with their minute of screen time being all focused on ... "oh new abilities". Literally this show throws out new abilities like it's going out of style. Most these abilities have had 0 purpose and get no screen time or are instantly replaced with NEW new NEW abilities before ever being relevant. This has to be one of the most watered down shallow attempts at storytelling the plot is just micro segments that mostly do nothing to move the plot and just exist, the "action" has been mostly still frames with bad light effects and "beams". The "war" had VERY little animation whatsoever (guy on horse moves his head/oger bro swings an axe) mostly all just still frames, talking, and bad effects. If you like power fantasy and like "turn your brain off" style content (what this attempted to be) you'll still probably find this series to be lackluster. There's also alot of cringy or disturbing subject matter and ethical issues (MC rapes/grooms most/all the female characters that ARENT originally goblins, the goblin chicks all throw themselves at MC, and eventually so does everyone else due to Stockholm syndrome). It's just a really poorly written and executed attempt, I heard the manga has alot more content to it (mostly more of the sexual content listed above), but in the same micro segmented structure. This is by all sense of the word a trash series. It's fine if you like it, but be real this is just awful. That said, I'm still gunna watch just to see where this train wreck goes. 3 for now tho by the end I'm sure it will only get worse especially given how each episode seems to only degrade in quality. There's no way this will ever get a 2nd season it's just that cringy bad.
