Both have high school teenage romance, drama, backstabbing, obsession, lies, secrets, etc. They deal with first love and best friends liking the same girl. Both have love squares.. or even pentagons.

If you liked Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru add

...then you might like Kämpfer add

Both are harem. The main guy(who somehow/somewhat ends up looking like a girl) transfers to a school, which is for girls only(in Kampfer's case, it's the other SIDE of the school). They act a bit girly, but Mizuho is somehow more manly(in my opinion). They are also very beautiful in their female forms(even more than their real male-self), and is popular in school. Kampfer is more inappropiate, though.

...then you might like Senjou no Valkyria add

The theme/setting is somewhat similar about the past, war, and whatnot. They both have romance, drama, and action. Art style kinda resembles each other, too, in a way. They, also, are very nice anime. :)
