Both titles are RomComs with a maid as an MC and a lot of romantic tension with their masters.

Kono Healer, Mendokusai

Both titles are set in a fantasy world and feature a "weak" hero/adventurer. The comedy builds around that perceived weakness and also through the subversion of common tropes in the fantasy genre.

Kono Healer, Mendokusai

Both titles subvert all the common tropes, characters and situations generally found in the fantasy manga genre, in the name of comedy. Both manga also favor biting, even caustic humor at times which makes a lot of the jokes feel completely unexpected.

Tsurezurebiyori

Slice-of-Life/Shojo Ai manga that revolve around the story of a city girl moving to a small town and the connection she shares with one of her classmates. Tsurezurebiyori has a wider cast of characters and has occasional comedic while Nettaigyo borders more on the dramatic side. Also Tsurezurebiyori is more explicitly Shojo Ai while in Nettaigyo the relationship between the MCs is not explicitly romantic at this point.

Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi

Both are Ecchi Rom-Coms based on the Gyaru x Average guy trope. Expect a lot of panty shots and cleavage in both of them. With that being said, Gal Gohan has a semi-coherent plot and likeable characters while Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi so far (chapter 2) has neither of those things.

Uchi no Ko no Tame naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru kamo Shirenai.
|
Both are shows about a guy in his late teens taking care of a kid that lost his/her parents. In Gakuen Babysitters the older brother takes care of his younger brother after the death of their parents, in If it's for my Daughter... an adventurer takes care of a devil girl he meets in the forest after her father dies. Also both shows are cute as hell and make a lot childfree people (like me) want to reconsider their reproductive choices.

Mijuku na Futari de Gozaimasu ga

Both are comedies about a married couple and their problems to have sex. Main difference is that on Spotted Flower you have one part actively trying to seduce the other, while in Mijuku the problems are less one-sided. Personally I enjoyed Mijuku WAY more than SF. If you read Spotted Flower and you wonder if there's a similar manga but with better art, less annoying characters and situations and overall better chemistry between the main couple. Try Mijuku na Futari.

• Both are rom-coms about a senpai and a kōhai in the same club. • In both of them, one of the MCs are hiding the fact that they like the other MC. • No side characters. • Really short chapters. • Lots of flirting.

Boku no Orion

Both are shoujo mangas about the relationship of a popular guy and the unpopular high school girl with clear self-esteem issues. KdSS is heavier on the comedy side while BnO has a lot more introspection. KdSS is the story told from the girl's side while in BnO the narrator is the guy, this makes KdSS male MC a comically perfect guy while in BnO the male MC has real flaws. If you like KdSS and are looking for something slightly more serious go with BnO. If you like BnO and you're looking for something a bit more lighthearted, go with KdSS.
