Everything on my list rated 8-10 is something I would rewatch, there are outliers of course that's concept/plot/characters/animation is top notch and improved the score but likely not be rewatched. Example: Boogiepop wa Warawanai (2019), ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka, Mahoutsukai no Yome

8- Very Good
These are shows that hold my attention throughout and if airing I look forward to the next episode. The biggest issue of these shows is often pacing or a weak main cast character.
Example: Gintama, Re:Zero, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu Season 2

7- Good
These are shows that during the beginning, middle, or end struggled to stay interesting. Overall they entertained and rarely undermined the concept/plot. I would have to be quite bored to rewatch but if there was a second season or ova I'd be interested. Example: Darling in the FranXX and Death Note

6- Fine
These shows were enjoyable but had significant character/concept/plot flaws that left some things desired. Most of these shows get dropped for a period of time but managed to hold my interest once I restart. If a second season or ova for them came out I might watch but I'd never rewatch unless later season have higher rankings.
Example: Bungou Stray Dogs, Log Horizon, Dr. Stone, and Sword Art Online

5- Average
Shows that left me disappointed after finishing and very rarely thought about positively. Most of these shows suffer from poor plot or character interactions that are counter intuitive towards overall progression. Only thing redeeming is small extremely enjoyable arcs/dialogue/fights.
Example: Log Horizon 2nd Season, Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai!, SSSS.Gridman

4- Bad
Shows that were grueling to complete and lack redeemable qualities,. All of these shows suffer significant character/concept/plot flaws with poor direct causality patterns. Nothing redeeming for these shows and later seasons cannot convince me to return to watching them.
Example: Princess Connect! Re:Dive, No Game No Life, Boku no Hero Academia 4th Season
