A major draw of Code Geass is the physiological aspect of it. Whether it be the big-brain plays made be Lelouch, the back-and-forth between characters, or letting the viewer draw the line on what is ethical and what is just plain wrong, Code Geass brought a lot to the table in this regard. Terror in Resonance brings all of this with an extra helping of edginess. Whether it be [Redacted] individuals not saving people in order to catch pacifist terrorists, giving a bomb to a classmate, or just casually encouraging illegal actions this show really delivers on these notes. There is nowhere near as many characters as Code Geass, but it just makes for a tighter set of interactions. While the premise is quite different from Code Geass, Terror in Resonance still has the brilliant young individual(s) fighting back against a higher power through ethically questionable actions that will leave you trembling in your seats.
