Spanish and English review, English first:
Kami no tou presents a big problem, it is an anime that you do not know what it is about and you do not understand the motivations of its characters.
Honestly, he has already seen many animes to know that this is the typical series that does not know how to close the plot well. In fact I suspect that if they continue like this they will end up being one of those anime that remain indefinitely on pause because they will not know how to continue it. Surely the creator is improvising while writing.

there are other problems that don't help either. The tests they have to do are not understood, the power scales between characters are enormous and even so the weak ones manage to advance too easily, the action scenes are getting smaller as the series progresses (instead of improving and being better ).
Anyway, I will not see the second season because this anime has not brought me anything, not even the typical euphoria of a shonen series.

Kami no tou presenta un gran problema, es un anime que no sabes de qué trata y tampoco entiendes las motivaciones de sus personajes.
Sinceramente he visto ya muchos animes como para saber que esta es la típica serie que no sabe cerrar bien el argumento. De hecho sospecho que si siguen así acabará siendo uno de esos animes que quedan indefinidamente en pausa porque no sabrán como continuarlo. Seguramente el creador está improvisando mientras escribe.
Además del problema anteriormente mencionado, hay otros problemas que tampoco ayudan. Las pruebas que tienen que realizar no se entienden, las escalas de poder entre personajes son enormes y aún así los débiles consiguen avanzar con demasiada facilidad, las escenas de acción son cada vez menores mientras más avanza la serie (en vez de mejorar y ser mejores).
En fin, no veré la segunda temporada porque este anime a mi no me ha aportado nada, ni si quiera la típica euforia de una serie shonen.

In order to speak and define this anime, two aspects must be separated better than ever, the plot and the audio-visual section. Allow yourself to start talking about the audio-visual section although it is the least important, so we leave the best for last.
Visually, a large part of the scenes are made by computer, but even if you are an anime purist, I encourage you to see it, it looks great and you really enjoy the contrast between dubious backgrounds and computer characters. I do not usually like these profiles made by CGI this time I not only forgive them
...
but I have also enjoyed it.
But talking about the audiovisual section is not just talking about how it looks. The music is fine, it does not stand out at all (it is not necessary either) but I want to highlight some things that are exquisite: the voices, the sounds and the body movements of the characters. These three aspects are superb, there has been an excellent job in highlighting the voices of the characters. The rabbit girl (one of the protegonists) speaks fast Japanese that highlights her personality very well, while the wolf speaks slowly, with a very deep and serious voice, always thinking and doubting. Other characters also stand out for their voices.
Regarding body movement, it is fascinating, there comes a point where you forget that they are anthropomorphic animals, you seem to be watching a play where people wear animal masks. I dare say that the movements of this anime are more natural and fluid than those of many series of real people, it seems that they had hired real actors to give movement to the bodies of the characters. Also, this statement I just made has some narrative justification since many of the characters in this anime are targeted at the theater club.
Regarding the narrative, the universe that he proposes begins with being shocking, but he gets you to understand and assume it in 5 minutes, it's incredible. A world where people are animals and have to calm their animal impulses to live in society. It is also an adult work, there is no nonsense, there are no jokes for children (in fact sex is very present) and it is taken very seriously.
The best thing is that we are usually used to building fictional universes to later present epic battles, (Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones) or fictional universes for children (Disney movies, Harry Potter). On this occasion, a fictional world has been created to give it a deep and loving focus, to talk about topics such as primary impulses, jealousy, love, "human" nature or whether we should repress our feelings.
If you like the genre of romance, drama or life stories you are slow to see this wonder.
Now Spanish review: Para hablar y definir este anime hay que separar mejor que nunca dos aspectos, argumento y apartado audio-visual. Permítete empezar hablando del apartado audio-visual aunque sea lo menos importante, así dejamos lo mejor para el final.
Visualmente está hecha por ordenador gran parte de las escenas pero incluso si eres un purista del anime te animo a verla, se ve muy bien y se disfrutan mucho del contraste entre fondos dibujados y personajes a ordenador. A mi que no me suelen gustar estos perfiles hechos por CGI en esta ocasión no solo los perdono si no que además lo he disfrutado.
Pero hablar del apartado audiovisual no es solo hablar de como se ve. La música está bien, no destaca en absoluto (tampoco es necesario) pero quiero remarcar algunas cosas que son exquisitas: las voces, los sonidos y los movimientos corporales de los personajes. Estos tres aspectos son soberbios, ha habido un trabajo excelente a la hora de destacar las voces de los personajes. La chica conejo (una de los protagonistas) habla un japonés rápido que remarca muy bien su personalidad mientras que el lobo habla lento, con una voz muy profunda y grave, siempre pensando y dudando. Otros personajes también destacan por sus voces.
Respecto al movimiento corporal, es fascinante, llega un punto en el que olvidas que son animales antropomórficos, pareces estar viendo una obra de teatro donde las personas llevan caretas de animales. Me atrevo a decir que los movimientos de este anime son más naturales y fluidos que los de muchas series de personas reales, pareciera que hubiesen contratado a actores reales para dar movimiento a los cuerpos de los personajes. Además, esta afirmación que acabo de hacer tiene cierta justificación narrativa puesto que muchos de los personajes de este anime están apuntados al club de teatro.
Respecto a la narrativa, el universo que propone comienza siendo chocante, pero consigue que lo entiendas y lo asumas en 5 minutos, es increíble. Un mundo donde las personas son animales y tienen que calmar sus impulsos animales para vivir en sociedad. además es una obra adulta, no hay tonterías, no hay bromas para niños (de hecho el sexo está muy presente) y se toma muy en serio.
Lo mejor es que solemos estar acostumbrados a construir universos ficticios para después presentar combates épicos, (Star Wars, El señor de los anillos, Juego de Tronos) o universos ficticios para niños (películas de Disney, Harry Potter). En esta ocasión se ha creado un mundo ficticio para darle un enfoque profundo y amoroso, para hablar temas como los impulsos primarios, los celos, el amor, la naturaleza ''humana'' o si debemos reprimir nuestros sentimientos.
Si te gusta el género de romance, drama o historias de la vida estás tardando en ver esta maravilla.

This is a romance anime, but be careful, it is not a romantic comedy and it is not a romantic drama (with great tragedies), it is simply a romance anime, and that is one of the aspects that makes it great.
The anime world has us accustomed to mixing genres or distracting ourselves with secondary situations, but this anime achieves incredible things for the simple fact of being simple. taste, the characters are very human, living very real situations that could happen to all of us.
Making all this clear, "Yesterday" is a romance anime that manages to stand out without tricks (without epic music, without unlikely situations, without special effects) and that has incredible merit.
Now Spanish: Este es un anime de romance, pero atención, no es una comedia romantica y tampoco es un drama romantico (con grandes tragedias), es , simplemente, un anime de romance, y eso es uno de los aspectos que la hace grande.
El mundo del anime nos tiene acostumbrados a mezclar géneros o a distraernos con con situaciones secundarias, pero este anime consigue cosas increíbles por el simple hecho de ser sencillo. Los personajes no tienen problemas de adolescentes, son adultos. La banda sonora es muy escasa con la intención de que aquí, lo importante son los diálogos y los personajes. Además, para mi gusto, los personajes son muy humanos, viviendo unas situaciones muy reales y que a todos podrían ocurrirnos.
Dejando todo esto claro, "Yesterday" es un anime de romance que consigue destacar sin trucos (sin música épica, sin situaciones inverosímiles, sin efectos especiales) y eso tiene un mérito increíble.
