Generally speaking, I give rate on anime based on these aspects (ranked by priority)
1. Concept, plot, and how hard it hits me
2. Expectation (that's why I hate spoiler)
3. Moral value
4. Characters
5. Animation and action
6. Other reviews that might change my opinion

Based on those aspect, I gave rating on anime from 1 to 10:
1: The concept and plot doesn't make any sense at all / I just hate the characters so much.
2: Anime that destroys my expectation into pieces.
3: Most "fan service only" anime falls here.
4: The concept and plot isn't that good but still watchable.
5: Generic, you can easily forget because the idea is already used in so many anime. I watch these for guilty pleasure.
6: Standard "good anime" starts here. I'd usually recommend the anime
7: Interesting and good concept but usually have problem in the execution / how the story ends
8: Really good concept but doesn't hit that much on me / Fine concept but hits me hard. Simple shonen story but amazing and hype fight usually stands here.
9: Definitely nails every aspect in a really good way but still doesn't give so much impact on myself.
10: Masterpiece, giving me an unforgettable scar and an unique mindblown concept that I've never encountered before.
