Before I start my review, Yes I think Trinity Seven was a decent harem with its unique mc and the girls are well, not boring ig.. some of them are interesting and some are them are not. I have been avoiding this movie for a while because I thought the movie wouldn't be as good as the anime and what do you know I was right. Anyway, let's start my review. Also, SPOILER WARNING, if you want to watch this garbage then, be my guest.
Story 3/10- So our main character had a dream where he was about to die and then he wakes up to
...
see his harem with him. He comes in touch with red haired girl's grimoire and it becomes a child, consuming both their magic. Later, we see some random character who is a demon lord who wants to kill main boy to become the DEMON LORD.
I feel like the story has no sense of direction whatsoever. It tries so hard to be a harem, action, emotional movie within a 55 minute movie. Hell, the MAIN VILLAIN IN THE MOVIE GOT LIKE 5 MINUTES OF SCREEN TIME. The fanservice lasted longer than the main villain in the show, which is sad. The main focus in the movie was this little girl they made in like the first 5 minutes in the movie, which didn't even add anything new to the story, except here's a new girl to my harem. She was just there and didn't contribute to anything at all, except help the main character get an asspull to win the battle which he was LOSING for not even 3 MINUTES.. 3 FUCKING MINUTES. If I kept talking about this AWFUL PLOT, I would be here all day, so I will stop for now. Overall, its a complete mess of a plot.
Art 6/10- Its an anime from 2017, of course it looks decent
Sound 3/10- No emotion from the voice actresses and the sound they used for the attacks hurt my ears.
Characters 2/10- You can already tell that an anime that has 9 MAIN CHARACTERS, A NEW MAIN CHARACTER (making it 10), A NEW VILLAIN, AND EXTRA SIDE CHARACTERS would already seems difficult to make them all interesting and each of them standout for their actions in a 55 minute movie. Also, the main focal points of the movie were so boring, so generic, it made me feel like I was watching a documentary. Hell, I rather watch a documentary than this. Also, FANSERVICE SUCKS ASS.. I dont mind fanservice, but it felt forced throughout the entire movie. Hell, I think we saw more fanservice than action in this movie, which is disappointing.
Enjoyment 2/10- I can't enjoy something that is so boring and almost made me sleep.
Overall 3/10- TL;DR- Unless you are a die-hard Trinity Seven fan, don't watch the movies. Boring characters, no sense of direction, terrible voice-acting, unnecessary fanservice, need i say more

When I first heard of Classroom of the Elite, I thought it would be a competitive thriller with plenty of action scenes. Oh, how titles can be misleading, but I'm not disappointed with what I got. Let's start this review. Also, MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD, you have been warned.
Story 6/10- Imagine a school run by the government with a 100 percent graduation rate and entry to any college you want. Koudo Isekei High School is that type of school. People who attend this school have limited access to the outside world and have limited access to loved ones, but they are able to attend a school
...
that contains a mall, restaurants, stores, etc. They are able to buy anything they want through points which they obtain at the start of every month. Kiyotaka Ayanokouji is an "average" teen put into class D (the worst class obviously) and they are given 100,000 points (1 yen=1 point) to begin with. This seems to be a simple life for Class D but watch how many twists and turns are thrown into the main character's way.
At first when I watched the first 2 episodes, I wasn't intrigued. It felt like your average elite high school anime with tests and studying, etc. The turning point of the show for me was episode 3. At first, they said a side character is getting expelled and then, bs happens and he's saved, but at the end when it was revealed that Kushida had a split personality of sorts, I was onboard with the show and was determined to complete it and I wasn't disappointed. Episodes 4-6 was a good introduction to Sakura (the last main girl in the show associated with the main character) and it showed the first interesting feat of Ayanokouji, standing up to probably the most powerful character in the show, the student council president.
The island arc was probably the best arc in the entire show. It was the arc that showed the most emotion (comedy, suspense, mystery a bit, etc). The characters definitely shined during this arc and how it resolved was really clever and complex that it actually makes sense.
The story still has some flaws to it. First of all, you have to get through the first 3 episodes before the story becomes good and even then I still have more questions than answers, specifically who is Ayanokouji, his backstory, and his reason to become the best. Also, the story just throws away some interesting ideas like the Kushida split personality and most of the Class D classmates had potential but that was ruined. But overall, the story is good despite the mediocre start.
Art 8/10- The art was good throughout and especially the eyes. I don't know, I liked the design of eyes in this show.
Sound 8/10- Most of the sound fit the moment and made me feel the moment more if you know what I mean.
Characters 6/10- A lot of wasted potential that could of gone to the characters. Class A, B, C had fun characters like sakayanagi, ryuen, ichinose, etc. As side characters, they filled their purpose and showed that you have to manipulate people just to get your way in this school which shows a new perspective to this pristine school. The student council president was underused and had so much potential to be a cool villain of sorts but it never happened sadly. Class D was a mixed bag for me. Ayanokouji and Horikita is a fun duo and are in my top 5 characters in the whole show. Ayanokouji being a smart guy but wanting to live an average life is so interesting but I wished we could of seen a full backstory of his character. Horikita was a good contrast and worked with Ayanokouji but without him, she's just average. The only characters left worth recognizing is Kushida and Sakura. Kushida was a twist to your average happy go lucky character and that was probably the most underused aspect of the show besides the student council president but still. After episode 4-6, Sakura turned into your average shy and clumsy girl which sucked but it had to be done. Everyone else in Class D was either boring or not memorable.
Enjoyment 7/10- Like I said earlier the first 2 episodes and most of the 3rd episode were lackluster and I was seriously considering dropping it but it got way better after that and I loved it. When I heard the ending remarks by Ayanokouji, I thought it was amazing how he hid his emotions from everyone (it was kinda left field but in a good way) and I just need a season 2 to see what happens next.
Overall 6/10- I was stuck between giving this a 6 or 7 but I went with the safe route and gave it a 6. Decent story, good characters, but a lot of wasted potential. This show could have been executed better or it could of been 24 episodes which would of given it more room to develop the characters. If its get a season 2 though, I would be on board with it.

What can I say except generic action harem. This show reminds me of Infinite Stratos and what it could of been. Welp that out of the way lets do it.
Story 4/10- Our main character Hayato gets the highest test score (or something like that) and easily get accepted into Little Garden where he would become a Slayer (people who protect people from these robot creature things) with Hundreds (the main combat in this series). Hayato also has forgotten memories about when he was attacked by a slayer and a certain someone got severely injured. Along the way, Hayato meets Emile, his roommate. What crazy shenanigans
...
will occur in this "fun" plot.
This show can't get any more generic than this. It feels like a reskin of Infinite Stratos and Asterisk War, but more of Infinite Stratos. Lets compare the three actually, all of them have main protagonists who are talented in their own way. They all face off against a formidable opponent in either episode 1 or 2. They all ended either in a draw or a win for mc and so on. If I kept going then this would of taken a while. Hell, the characters in all these shows have no development whatsoever and are just boring in general. In conclusion, story is generic and just feels like a rehash of other trash shows.
Art 7/10- Art was good. Sadly, it was for a trash anime.
Sound 5/10- The sound was average in general. Nothing that I heard is good nor bad. Just in the middle.
Characters 3/10- Without a doubt, the weakest part of the show. We have generic main character with broken powers, we got the main girl who acts like a tsundere/crossdresser in disguise, we got main tsundere, we got little sister, we got pop idol, and we got NOTHING ORIGINAL HERE. At least make it something I haven't seen before. Hell, at least Asterisk War made the characters clumsy and formed some comedy into it (even though it made me chuckle like once or twice, at least they tried to make comedy). The "comedy" in this show is just so garbage, its so unbearable.
Enjoyment 4/10-Ok, I have to admit that the action scenes weren't straight trash. I thought the first fight with Hayato vs Student Council President was below average and the fight against that big robot creature was so cliche. Instead of "with the power of friendship" it is actually "the power of tongue kissing". What I'm trying to get at with this segment is that the only thing I found not dull was the action scenes but then again TONGUE KISSING. C'mon I know we can do better than this. Also, the story reaches a peak of a 5/10 with the 3 variants posing a challenge against Hayato. Instead they ruined it by throwing a beach episode and a concert. Its not like they could of done a training episode or something because Hayato has to know that these 3 variants pose a threat and should idk TRAIN OR THINK OF A STRATEGY OR ANYTHING THATS NOT A BORING BEACH EPISODE. Thats how I know that Hayato will defeat the 3 variants. If the characters don't pose any caution against this, then you already know that either A. the main character will struggle then win with the power of friendship or B. Gain a new power and beat them. It gets so generic and I hate it.
Overall 3/10- GENERIC, GENERIC, GENERIC. Nothing original and it feels like a rehash of Infinite Stratos. If you like Infinite Stratos or Asterisk War, then you probably will enjoy this. However, don't watch this if you are looking for something to watch.

Had the potential to stand out and be a great show, but it was probably one of the most generic animes I have seen. Nothing about stood out, and it just felt so generic. I'll explain in detail below. SPOILER WARNING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Story 5/10- Giftias are the first form of robots with real souls and emotions. However, they can only last 81,920 hours (9 years and 4 months according to the anime) before they go berserk. Our main character Tsukasa starts to work at Terminal Service 1, where they retrieve the giftias before they go berserk mode. He partners up with our other
...
main character Isla who is a Giftia. The two together fall in love with each other and work together to get these giftias for retrieval.
This plot had the potential to be a great slice of life, rom-com with some action scenes in there. Instead the story was poorly executed in lots of ways. Number one, I felt that they focused more on the romance of Isla and Tsukasa instead of the retrieval. This wouldn't be an issue if the romance was actually good (I'll explain in detail at the characters section), but in short it was a boring mess that took time away from some fun retrieval ideas.
Second, the retrieval cases were 50/50 for me. On one hand, I loved clumsy Isla. It provided much needed comedy that this show lacked. However, we spent so much of the show on Marcia and her retrieval. Those 3 episodes almost made me drop the show. It felt so generic and we didn't even gain anything in term of personality traits except the fact that Isla loved Tsukasa for possibly the dumbest reason possible. If they were trying to show how it feels to lose a Giftia family member, then they did an awful job. The backstory that Michiru was more entertaining than all of those 3 episodes combined. If they were showing us what a Wanderer is, then they should of used Michiru's backstory as an episode. The only reason I found these 3 episodes to be important is because that Isla finally realizes that she loves Tsukasa, but we can somewhat agree that the reason she felt in love with him is probably the dumbest reason we have heard for falling in love.
Finally, the show was predictable as all hell. In the first episode, I predicted the ending. No joke, once they mention Giftias' time limit and the fact that Isla is a Giftia, I predicted that Isla would have like a month or 2 months left and the fact that in the last episode, Isla would shut down. Lo and behold, my predictions came true. But I hear your guys thoughts, oh just because its predictable doesnt make it terrible and I agree. My hero was predictable but the impact of the show just made me forgot about its preictability. Again, the show didn't really give much of an impact. Nothing gave me emotion or made me feel sad throughout the show and thats probably why the show flopped for me in terms of story and characters (but we will get to characters later).
Art 7/10- Art was good but nothing sensational or extraordinary
Sound 7/10- Same thing.. The opening, ending and OST, were good. Nothing more, nothing less.
Character 4/10- Now here is this show's downfall, the characters. Lets describe why I liked or hated each character.
Tsukasa- Generic main character with generic goals (save everyone, help everyone come to terms with each other, etc)
Isla- Possibly, the most generic girl character I have seen. Lets describe what she did this entire show. First, she was a clumsy girl who couldn't do her job right. Next, she's not open with main character until a certain moment in the show. Then, she falls in love with main character. Finally, she shuts down and says goodbye to him forever. That is probably the most generic lover I have seen. I haven't even talked about her character. She's a clumsy, shy girl who gets embarrassed over dumb things. MMMMMMM, where I have seen this before. All in all, shes probably the most generic girl I have seen.
Michiru- Basic tsundere with sad backstory, AGAIN I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE IN MY LIFE
Every other character- Yes I'm lazy, don't judge me. Anyway, Sherry, Yasutaka, and Zack were the best characters on the show, hands down. Whenever they are on-screen, I can't help but laugh at their comedy. Everyone else, just felt generic as hell or I didn't really care for them.
Enjoyment 4/10- I had high hopes for this series. It's rated an 8 on MAL and many people have recommended it to me. When I finished the first 5 episodes, I was considering dropping out. However, I toughen it out and finished it. Not the worst decision in my life, but it definitely was a time waste.
Overall 5/10- Again I don't hate this show, I can recognize that the anime had potential to be great. Plot was poorly executed, characters are generic, and the art and sound are just good. It wouldn't be my first recommendation but if you love romantic comedies so much then this MIGHT be for you.

Many people ridicule Black Clover for being a cliche show and trying to combine ideas with other shows. Even though that is true, we shouldn't just cast it aside and assume it's bad. That's not the case and I hope people can just give it a chance instead of looking for reasons just to make it seem like a bad anime. With that out of the way, I will start the review.
Story 8/10- Yes, the story is really slow paced in the first 10 episodes, but the pace picks up and the story is really interesting right now.
Art 6/10- The art, in my opinion, is
...
what is bringing this show down. If it was any other studio, this show would get an easy 9 or maybe a 10. We know what is wrong with the animation. If you think it is good, then watch Asta vs Ladros in episode 63 and that will change your mind.
Character 9/10- All the characters have their moments, have interesting backstories, and just bring a variety to the show that is "lacking" originality (according to the haters). The Black Bulls and Asta have really good chemistry, especially Zora and Asta. My only problem is that some of the magic captains and their squads are being underutilized like the sleeping girl and her squad, but its not a major issue.
Enjoyment 10/10- Almost every moment was either fun, exciting, or just lively in general. The filler episodes are placed perfectly (besides the one during a major fight scene) and the show's story stays consistent which leaves me wanting more.
Overall 8/10- I give it a solid 8. In my opinion, it combines many ideas from other shows and makes it work really well. The characters are diverse and fun , the fight scenes are well animated (besides that one fight in episode 63), and the story keeps me captivated throughout.
