Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?

If you're looking for a relaxing CGDCT anime (Cute Girls Doing Cute Things) then these are two of the best of the genre. The casts resemble each other really well also. Renge (NNB)/Chino (Gochiusa) are essentially the same character and that's a good thing. Hotaru(NNB)/Cocoa(Gochiusa) are also very similar in the sense that they both moved away from home at the beginning of the series, and thus met the rest of the cast. Their roles in each show are basically teh same, although Cocoa is way more air-headed than Hotaru. tl;dr: Two of the best moe slice-of-life you'll find. There is also little to no fanservice in each show, which is ideal for people who might be put off by it.

Both male leads are otaku NEET gamers who are surprisingly intelligent. These same male leads find themselves transported to another world in the first episode, and use their gaming prowess to navigate through life in the new world.

Psycho-Pass

Both are mature anime written by Gen Urobuchi. The male characters are strikingly similar from each show. Kogami and Mashikima from Psycho-Pass mirror Kiritsugu and Kirei respectively from Fate/Zero extremely well. In their respective shows, they are men who are the same at the core of what they do but their goals clash and thus so do their similar personalities.

Comet Lucifer

Comet Lucifer almost feels like a little brother to Eureka Seven (that's a polite way of saying that it very clearly copies many of its aspects from ES). The worlds are very similar with how they're structured- mechas, hoverboards, semi-futuristic with a group of characters who live together and explore the world. The main characters from both shows parallel each other almost shockingly well. It's almost like the writer for Comet Lucifer got most of his ideas from Eureka Seven. Lastly, the art styles are almost exactly the same. None of this is a knock on Comet Lucifer at all, but it's easy to tell early on that it is heavily influenced by Eureka Seven.

A purple-haired protagonist with lots of combat potential transfers into a prestigious combat university. The schools from both anime are structured the same and the fights that take place there between students are very similar also. They each have an ecchi element to them while being a mix between action and slice of life.

Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

Both are harem comedies in which the male lead has multiple girls of different personalities and origins living with him under the same roof (many of them uninvited no less). Each show does a good job being more light-hearted in its character interactions instead of the typical ecchi comedy that overuses "misunderstandings" and fan-service. Both shows are also kind of parodies in their own way, as Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? pokes fun at the magical girl genre and Rokujouma pokes fun at the harem genre in general. The main characters aren't too much alike, but the girls from both shows mirror each other really well. In particular, Haruna from Zombie and Sanae from Rokujouma are almost perfect copies of each other.

Same writer for both shows. Students at a weird school with supernatural powers. The characters, art, and writing are all pretty similar which is to be expected since the same guy wrote them. Good mixture of comedy and feels for both.

The stories, characters, enemies, and settings just all compare really well to each other. Each have a special organization formed for the purpose of fighting monstrous enemies. The enemies (Gastrea in Black Bullet and Aragami in God Eater) are very similar, as the Gastrea are created through a virus and the Aragami are created through cell mutation. The main characters in both shows are equipped with special abilities and weapons that are specialized in fighting their respective enemies.
