Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo

Hillarious parody shows of generic genres with plenty of well-placed fanservice and a more wholesome theme than you might expect. Aruraru and Hakari could be twins. As for the diffrence, KamiKatsu is a fantasy show with an intriguing plot while 100 Girlfriends is a harem/romance that focuses on characters and relationships.

Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha
|
Both shows feature a strong demon who loses their kingdom and gets turned into a powerless child version (with the ability to temporarily transform into fanservice). They also share a similar hit-or-miss comedy and each have their own wholesome, more serious main story. Personally, I'd say Jahy-sama is more heartwarming. It greatly puts the focus on friendship and character growth, while Lv1 Maou features a unique politic plot instead.

The Marginal Service
|
Both shows feature a "buddy cop" duo as their main characters, with a serious, dutyful guy and an extrovert, silly guy. The backstories and the chemistry between them is very similar too. Also, they are each part of a small, controversial group subordinate to the government. For diffrences, in Tiger & Bunny the "heroes" are celebrities, while the "Marginal Service" is a secret organisation. Also, the Marginal Service features normal humans fighting supernatural creatures while Tiger & Bunny has only human characters with super powers.

Both shows feature child(-like) characters in mysterious, hostile environments, which are very unique and complex. The progression both features the main characters (and viewers) learning about the secrets of the Shadows House / the Abyss step by step. For diffrences, Shadows House has a gothic atmosphere and revolves around power struggles, while Made in Abyss is about unknown terretories and exploration.

Mou Ippon!
|
Both are sports anime that focus on highschool sports and tournaments with no "special effects". The premise with Hinata/Kageyama and Michi/Towa is pretty much the same. The characters are the centerpiece of each show and get great development. Both shows spend a long time on their matches and properly flash out the rival teams too. For the diffrences: Mou Ippon's relationships are more friendly than Haikyuu's. Plus, one is with girls and the other with boys.

Cool Doji Danshi

Both are very relaxing shows about the everyday life of a group of friends with diffrent personalities. They don't have any drama and little comedy, but instead restore your faith in humanity. Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san has romance elements not present in Cool Doji Danshi.
