Want a boring self-insert MC? A harem where girls mindlessly fall for the MC? Classic trope overkill? Incoherent worldbuilding? IseLeve and Smartphone Isekai fill that bill very well! While the MCs may be different (IseLeve features a fat guy who then finds himself in another world, while IseLeve is a reincarnation), they both boil down to extremely similar ideas and stories.

Do you like trainwrecks? Do you like complete visual failures of anime? Unintentional comedies with stiff and unconvincing artwork? If so, check out Chargeman Ken and My Sister, My Writer! These two fail spectacularly in some hilarious ways to the point where it's better to go into both anime blind. They even fail to even tell a cohesive story. Also, both anime fail to reach their intended target audience. I even included both on my So Bad It's Good anime stack.

Laughter! Bands! Idols! Each episode is different and don't need to be watch in chronological order. The similarities in the visual styles and tone are downright uncanny. Both series are built upon ridiculous interactions and situations of the characters in their daily lives in a very entertaining and lighthearted way. If you like the comedic interactions of Petit Seka, you should love the over-the-top adventures of Garupa Pico!
