Extremely boring, uneventful and slow paced. I nearly fell asleep. I'm surprised I finished it. If you're looking for random school activities with subtle Yuri hints, this is the one for you. The main characters don't do or say anything interesting, physical or otherwise. Everything else is extremely censored and just with vague hints. I this doesn't even qualify as Yuri anime apart from the protagonist' unrequited feelings. Might only be interesting if you're 13-14 and there's something relatable in the content for you at how difficult it is to process things.
The characters are themselves pretty dull and with nothing extraordinary. I assume this is
...
the whole point of "slice of life" but I've never watched a slice of life show that was so sleep inducing, especially under the Yuri tag.

Yet another interesting Yaoi/BL series. Found it through automatic recommendations of fellow MAL members after the recently viewed animes on my list - great recommendation system if I may say so if you're looking for similar animes you've watched before! I like that the standard boy love 'jobs' of the characters are a bit different... instead of being the usual actor/writer/singer/teacher they're students that are a part of a martial arts school club. Fresh sight compared to the usual for me.
Additionally... There is excessive blushing involved. Like literally 99% of the time, probably because they're young students discovering this type of love, so getting flustered
...
comes easily. A lot more reasonable scenario than getting flustered 99% of the time as a grown adult, I suppose.
There is also a quite slow pace, focused on small details and introspective thinking, specific to this kind of anime. And there's also of course some discussions revolving around sexual harassment, as there seems to always be in this anime genre. Expect some typical things, if you're familiar with Yaoi.
The story got me at about the half of the first OVA episode, where I'd already sort of gotten a bit fond of the character presentation. They've got decent chemistry & animation.
Things move unusually fast paced scene for scene after a while, probably due to the fact that they got just 2 episodes on their hands... and some scenarios would totally not work in real life, but I guess that's the point for us fans, to explore scenarios that otherwise would not really happen.
The scene dramatically changes & twists towards the end of the last episode... in a way I found scary, but worth watching since it can happen in real life. Inserting an element of danger definitely did the plot some service, especially in the way that it did.
Episode two has the natural development of their, well, new relationship... BUT I wish the hot scenes were done a little bit better. Alas! Still a decent anime.

I understand the various ethical implications concerning Yaoi nowadays in regards to rape and consent... But I disagree with some harsh critics. Because as matters stand right now, these things are part of life, and they happen, and they can be represented in an anime as well as in a particular genre, I mean it's art and a form of expression. Moving on, this anime's ethical concerns are very far from the severity of realities out there in the real world, so people who disagree of things being portrayed in X way technically speaking are against freedom of expression, not to mention incongruent with the
...
realities of the world. I mean, just because X thing shouldn't happen, doesn't mean it doesn't happen...
I personally enjoyed the story and plot, although I do agree that the overall animation of the video was poor, but I'm sure they did all they could with the funding and manpower they had, and some scenes were better portrayed in a manga than in an anime. The thing I enjoyed the most was actually the character design and music OP/ED, but overall the AV/actor story did not really stick with me so well, because I feel it's an overly popularized idea that these men all have to have fashionable career choices due to being pretty i.e. something to do with media or arts be it acting, singing, writing etc.
Nonetheless I gave it a good score, because compared to other Yaoi anime out there at this current time & age, I did like it, and it did a pretty decent job at having sexual scenes being implemented in it while maintaining a love element that prevented it from turning into complete brainless hentai. I think the Yaoi in general is an underinvested sub-genre of anime, better explored in manga, official publishers or independent work. I think anime still struggles to properly capture its beauty, since it takes a particular type of individual to truly enjoy it anyway... it's not just for gay men & fangirls of beautiful boys banging each other... I think Yaoi, just like Yuri, is a part of the human spectrum of love & sex, which should be fluid elements and flow freely... But these things are still concepts misunderstood by humanity in general, much less concepts that can be manifested in a pure & understood form in some 'Japanese cartoon' as seen by the majority.
It was to the point, short & sweet. It won't hurt you to give the first 15 minutes a try if you're a fan desperately looking for more Yaoi anime, and that will basically give you the impression of what the entire 2 episodes are like. I've seen much worse than this and still found some way to enjoy it.

Oh gosh, this anime was hilarious. Terrible in both video quality with stiff animation and characters, and story, that I was unsure I would enjoy it... But being the dedicated Yaoi fan that I am, I had to give it a chance since it was just 1 episode! Soon enough I realized the COMEDY was priceless, and there were a lot of hilarious and worth enjoying elements about it... I found myself laughing out loud several times. There were a lot of interesting/hilarious PLOT TWISTS that I didn't expect, which diverged from the standard Yaoi dramas out there... Unique, short and sweet... I would say
...
it's not a TOTAL waste of your time if you've completely run out of Yaoi material to explore in video format.
