TBHK/JSHK IS incredible similar to this manga! If you take away the sly mysterious aspect of TBHK, you'll have THIS manga! - Similarities: Both ML are shorter than the FL Both ML discover that the ways how they've been feeling are not normal, and eventually develop feelings for the FL. Both ML are CUTE AF Both ML are incredibly "powerful", the TBHK version of powerful is supernaturally strong, and the Ore Yome version of "Powerful" is that he's all around good at everything. - There actually is a small mystery element in Ore Yome, in terms of finding out the "past" of the ML, which I found a sincere element to point out! - PLEASE Check this manga out! I can't believe I found an addition to my favorite other manga! (TBHK) :DDD

Roles are reversed in terms of gender of characters. TBHK/JSHK = Girl - human, and Boy - Ghost. It's very very very good! I recommend to all! Boy has dark past, mysterious, very likeable. Girl is hilarious, absolutely hilarious, and extremely dark when it comes to the boy's past. I really do recommend!

Buried beneath their clouds of comedy, lies the unforgettable truth, that these two animes truly are...two sides of the same coin... - They are nearly the same, with a very similar atmosphere, and dark and twisted moments around every corner. - Truly masterpieces! - Do not look at this anime/manga, and read the title, and be like, "Hm..TOILET BOUND? NOPE!" Because LET ME TELL YOU. I nearly dropped this anime/manga because of it, and it would have been the biggest mistake of my life. YES. THIS PIECE IS OH SO VERY POWERFUL, IT TAKES YOUR FEELINGS, AND TWISTS IT SO, TO THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE HAPPY ONE MOMENT, AND YOU'RE SAD THE NEXT (would've said depressed, but that has so many angles..). Truly, a masterpiece! DESERVES MORE LOVE! AHH! - Also, don't throw it away because of the "art", it's a little different. BUT it's really really great! After watching countless NEXT-GEN animes, I was like, wow, what the heck is this? BUT NOPE. IT'S A MASTERPIECE OF IT'S OWN. AND I WISH MORE ANIMES ADAPTED ITS STYLE! - WARNING. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE CHARACTERS!!!!!

HxH 2011 has large similarities with Jibaku Shounen. It's dark, fluffy, goofy, psychologically traumatic (for the characters). The antagonists are just...everything you'd want them to be! One of the MC in HxH, named Killua has a similar story with the MC of this anime, and I'd 100% Recommend watching HxH 2011. Episode Comparison: 12 for TBHK, and 144 for HxH 2011

Black Butler #2 specifically. No spoilers. In BB2, there is another character who acts as a polar opposite, yet still apart of the same coin. There are ounces of dark twisted scenarios between the MC and the other character. - Both anime's are shounens, and the MC's are roughly ~12-13. - Dark, psychological, and traumatic, for both characters, and yourselves! (Not scary, just...SAD, SO VERY SAD, yet totally AWESOME at the same time!)

If you're looking for Dark Twisted Fantasy-type anime's, then this is the one for you. Both have a MC who's "young", but has aged in a time-stop event, so essentially they look 12-13 but they're actually 50+. - Additionally, INCREDIBLE sad moments, that are littered with achey backstories that literally speak numbers. The backstory is "hidden", and that's what really keeps you on the edge of your seat, with ounces of Comedic humor, funny questionable scenes, and overall amazing atmosphere of glee and glum!

Both Anime's focus on the ''Abyss''. Which holds similar details of eachother, being that it's the straight definition of ''Abyss'' - Never Ending... The OST in Pandora Hearts is very much similar to ''Made in Abyss'' as well, the music is just so...unique, some what eery depending on the situation, and childish in some spots as well. Both Animes feature child-like characters, it's very...fairy-tale orientated too. Pandora Hearts focus' "Alice in Wonderland", while Made in Abyss focuses some kid show that i can't remember. When I saw the word "Abyss" in the title, I just couldn't stop thinking of Pandora Hearts, it's jsut the overall atmosphere that really makes the two anime's similar.

This is not a slice of life anime. This is not a 'happy, pretty fairy, cute little kids' type of anime. Sure, the character(s) may, but the story? - No. NO NO NO NO NO!!!! It is definitely, one of the greatest plot twists / things you'd NEVER expect to happen, type of anime. Both start off as 'cute little kids playing having fun'. But when you get into the episodes...oh no, will you be surprised.

Kuga (WT) and Ibiki (Chaos Dragon) looks very similar. However they act as opposites, their goal is pretty much the same. Also, both anime's start off as light-Cute-Funny anime's. However, early on through the anime it begins to turn 'Dark'. Instead of your happy-cute-fun Anime, we have a hint that the anime isn't exactly all Fun & Games, and we begin to see the true colors of World Trigger. Both MC's seek for revenge, for a fallen loved one.

- Chaos Dragon and Pandora Hearts has characters forming 'Pacts' with a supernatural being. - Both start off being a cute fantasy, with our MC's as young children. Very soon we are awaken with the true content of what the anime's trying to give us. In other words, a Fantasy that turns Dark.

-The MC looks / sounds / ''resembles'' a girl, but is really a boy. -Both anime are about Murder and Mystery -The cases are, by the children (MCs), as 'games'. - Games that are fun in a different, twisted sick way where you look at murder, gore and violence to satisfy your want for fun!.

Ciel is so much similar to Natsume. Cold, Distant, Emotionless, yet soon you see what lies behind those cold eyes. Revealing to you a wounded soul that needs much love, and that is where you find Gakuen Alice. The anime that will light your world, bringing you out of that depressive state of only knowing how to kill, how to hurt, how to destroy. The two anime's are very similar in so many ways, except for the killing, it doesn't brutally show you up close the 'bloody marks'

The Characters have Super Powers some would say, However In Hamatora, the powers are known as Minimums. In Hunter x Hunter (2011) The powers are known as the 'Nen-Ability'. The Characters are all young. As you watch the anime the characters all grow throughout each episode. The anime is very under-rated like Hunter x Hunter and deserves much more publicity
