Both series don't really have a "real" plot. The stories just go with the flow. Both anime involve romance among friends and the hesitation to admit it. They're both comical though Acchi Kocchi is shorter and focuses more on the comedy.

Shugo Chara!

Cardcaptor Sakura and Shugo Chara are really similar. They both have the same kind of plot: Sealing either eggs or cards to make sure that the world is safe. They both have romance. Although, I must admit that in my opinion, Cardcaptor Sakura is better. But if it's the art, then Shugo Chara would win.
