I must say if you love Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid series then you will definitely love this.
It's just as wholesome, fun, and charming as a regular episode. You must have read in some other reviews that it has "loli fanservice" and so on but to be honest those scenes are barely noticeable, really short, and most probably won't notice them, that is unless you are really looking for them (like some kind of insane critic).
So to conclude I would say that you should just ignore those reviews, go ahead and watch this wholesome treat and enjoy it to the fullest.
