Both are mystery anime involving a group of people who are trapped and must find the individual amongst themselves who is the one responsible for trapping them there. Rokka no Yuusha is set in an action/fantasy world while Danganronpa is set in a school environment, but they both have many resemblances in their plot, specifically the debates they have about who is the culprit, though Danganronpa focuses much more on who is responsible for each individual case that pops up, while Rokka no Yuusha is just one big man hunt for the overall culprit.

World Trigger
|
They may have very different settings, Naruto is about ninjas with limited technology compared to modern times while World Trigger is science fiction, but their stories and characters are quite similar. The main characters consist of two boys, one girl, and one more experienced mentor figure. The protagonist is a boy who is considered to not have much skill. The other boy is quite skilled and the target of much discussion. The girl is where things differ a bit with Chika in World Trigger being a bit of target for the villains like how Sasuke is in Naruto. Still, both her and Sakura have a hugely explosive amount of strength that they display when not being protected. Jin and Kakashi are both strong and likable mentors and some of the best characters in both stories. They seem upbeat and carefree much of the time but can get very serious when need be. They are part of an organization that fights against other worlds/villages and evil organizations which plan to destroy them and use their power for themselves. There is a large focus placed not only on the main characters, but also all of the other members of the organization. On top of that, the ranking system of organization members resemble each other (A, B, and C ranks in World Trigger and Jounin, Genin, etc. in Naruto). There are regular tournaments used for members to get to higher ranks and the main characters and other characters strive to become better and climb the ranks in order to achieve their goals.

A being who is planning on destroying the Earth after a set amount of time versus a group of people who are working together to stop him. There is a tremendous amount of group development over the course of both stories, though Hoshi no Samidare has more individual character development with a somewhat smaller group making the characters easier to remember and more likeable. Still, the antagonists' of both stories are also likeable and very overpowered and threatening. Despite them often talking normally with those who oppose their plans to destroy the world, they do not change their minds.

A wimpy and powerless main character gains powers from a teacher-figure character and slowly learns to control them. He makes friends, is awkward around the girl he likes, has people who stand in his way, etc. Both are action/comedies, though KHR starts off much more comedically and more like a slice of life manga at first.

About groups of weird people. While the characters do vary a lot, both stories are told from the male protagonist's POV as he is thrust into this bizarre group of people. While Haruhi and Ritsu could not hardly be any more opposite in personality, it's the MC's reactions and narration of the events as he watches the female protagonist and other main characters that make these shows somewhat similar. They are sarcastic, critical, and objected to being with these people at first, but still grow to like being around them despite their quirks. These shows have similar mixes of comedy with a little drama, good animation, and a pretty good cast of characters: quiet girl, large-breasted girl (though their personalities are opposites), troublemaker, strange guy who just goes with the flow, and the protagonists.

Unique animation styles, crazy over-the-top schools, family "disputes," and symbolism. They have similar feelings from all of the above things despite Kill la Kill being a full length anime and Hells being just a movie. While the symbolism differs for the most part, there are some symbols that are used in both (but saying what they are would be a spoiler). The characters and their interactions are also similar. Friendship, enemies, and family are large aspects of both KLK and Hells.

Both are fantasy manga about incredibly overpowered heroes fighting against overpowered villains. They use special weapons in order fight with their full power. The strongest of the main characters, Meliodas in Nanatsu no Taizai and Torama in Stealth Symphony, is usually calm and tends to not get emotional about things very often.

People with weapons fight in a dark fantasy world where the government is corrupt and the people believe the heroes are the villains. Akame ga Kill is much darker and gorier, but Nanatsu no Taizai has it's moments of gore and drama as well. While both have some comedy and fanservice, they're not focused on too much. Both stories have characters who use special, powerful weapons to fight.

Similarities: + The biggest similarity is that the main character is the biggest pushover, awkward guy who can never voice his opinion at all (even the strange comedic poses they make when embarrassed or having trouble voicing their opinions are very similar); in Sundome, the MC develops like crazy after a while and the MC in Big Noise looks like he will probably end up developing a lot (though after only 4 chapters it's a little tough to judge it) + Both guys are already part of a club, want the girl they like to join the club (works a lot better in Sundome than in Big Noise) Differences: - (MAJOR DIFFERENCE) Sundome is extremely ecchi to the point of almost being a hentai with plenty of different fetishes. Big Noise isn't ecchi, though it has some drug references that keep it from being a shounen series. - The club in Big Noise is the light music club while the club in Sundome is all about the occult
