I like me some LGBT+ stories and some psychological elements. I do a lot of art and so appreciate it when the art is really good.
My scores are my personal preference though if I watched a show and haven’t rated it yet, it’s because I realised that I am the absolute opposite of the target demographic.

Senpai wa Otokonoko- currently close to finishing it, truly a story that fleshes out its characters beyond what you would expect, and it manages not to make any mistakes in the handling of its characters. Truly my favourite.
Bokura no Hentai-if you had a lot of psychological problems in your adolescence this might be relatable. Not the best at anything gotta admit but that’s not why you read something like this.
Umibe no Étranger- this one is for the older ones, it’s a short one so if you are looking for a way to start this might be a great option
