Paranoia agent, all I can say is wow.
It\'s a really twisted and psychological anime. I don\'t want to give away the entire thing, but I\'ll give a brief explanation.
Tsukiko Sagi. The main character in this anime besides lil slugger, is a woman who makes a cartoon named \"Maromi\" based on her dog that died years ago. Since then, her cartoon has become a hit, everyone loves it, but there\'s a secret that she knows which is why she is always so quiet and timid.
One night when she stayed late working on her next maromi episode, she leaves home. Deep within her thoughts, and clutching her
...
maromi plushie, she walks down a dark street. Gold roller skates, a bent gold baseball bat, and a baseball cap.. that\'s all you can see as Tsukiko is struck and lies on the ground. She\'s the first to be attacked by lil slugger. Two detectives quickly get on this case, but following lil slugger and trying to capture him, they find out he isn\'t what they thought he would be.
Overall, this anime, I really liked it. After the 6th episode.. I got a little confused because it focused on different people, but then I understood. It\'s very psychological I\'ll tell you that, but it can be funny at times, and it can be really weird at times too. That\'s the beauty, you don\'t really know what to expect.

I\'m the first to write a review about this lovely anime?
Surprising. Well, Shinigami No Ballad is pretty much this: There\'s a shinigami named Momo, and if you don\'t know what a shinigami is.. it\'s basically a death god. A god that takes people\'s lives. So she\'s all around watching people and judging who\'s life she\'s going to take next. But the thing about this is, there\'s more to just that.
Each episode is based on one or two people, sort of like mini stories about each person, and the reason why they\'ve been chosen to take their lives away is based on what they\'ve been doing,
...
or what they wish for, or the fact it is really their time to go.
It\'s really a nice, sweet anime to watch. Honestly, 6 episodes wasn\'t really enough.. it could have gone on for at least another 6. Momo is a really sensitive character, considering her job is to take lives away, but in the anime, she says \"I cry for them\". Each story is really touching, I think the first episode got me into it straight away because of the story.
It\'s short, which I personally think is a downfall to the overall score I\'ll give it, because I think it\'s enjoyable, and the music is pleasing to the ear. But I would say the stories are pretty good to watch, I guess it depends on everyone\'s preference. But, give it a go and see how you like it.

Pet shop of horrors. Really didn\'t know what to expect from this anime. I knew it would be creepy because it\'s about Count D.. obviously a sort of dracula type person who keeps pets in a pet shop. Obviously.. there\'s something dodgy about this shop because these "pets" have these rules that the owners that buy them have to abide by, or they suffer the consequences. Which to Count D\'s knowledge, is why he gets them to sign a contract, so if they don\'t follow the rules, it wouldn\'t trace back to Count D, because he informed them of what they should or shouldn\'t do.
One
...
police officer, who is keen to figure out why all of these strange things are happening in chinatown when people come out of the pet shop with all of these "pets".
Not one of my best animes, not because it was 4 episodes.. just because.. it just didn\'t interest me. It was a little gory, but it was just pretty much a random peek at strange activities happening in chinatown. Count D was funny.. he really had an obsession with sweet confectionary, only thing that I found funny to watch. I can\'t really say if you should or shouldn\'t like it, it\'s what you make of it. I didn\'t like it.

I read the synopsis for this anime, and I just had to watch it. I mean, a girl becoming a boy\'s right hand? Impossible!
Oh it\'s possible. In Midori No Hibi, Sawamura seiji is a well known delinquent with a \"devil\'s right hand\", he\'s known to be in alot of fights with bad people. He\'s dying for a girlfriend, but he gets rejected by every girl that he approaches.. and he just came to the conclusion that his right hand will be his one and only companion. (That sounds wrong..) Until.. he wakes up one day to find out that a girl named Midori is his
...
right hand, and has had a crush on him since forever!
I really liked this anime, it was too sweet. I got so caught up in it.. I finished it today.. and I only started it yesterday. Anime\'s that I finish quickly like that have my full concentration. It was the storyline that caught me, but with watching it, loads of other things made me continue to watch it.
One.. the love Midori had for Seiji, it\'s crazy. She loved him with all of his heart, despite him being known as a delinquent. Two, how hilarious alot of the episodes were, I was expecting it to be funny, I mean come one a girl is a boy\'s right hand, there had to be hidden gags in just that right? Three.. just the romance, I wasn\'t expecting it to become so romance-y all of a sudden, but it did and I loved every single bit of it.
I think the main thing that made me want to watch this until the end was to see how she became his right hand, and to see if he ever got a girlfriend. But this anime is really light hearted, and it\'s just something to watch if you want a bit of a laugh, a bit of romance. I teared up in the last episode, I didn\'t want it to end. I wanted it to go on a little more, but that would be silly.. it couldn\'t have gone on for much longer.
The music is beautiful, the opening themes and ending themes are so nice to listen to. An enjoyable anime, definitely. Just because it has a not believable plot.. doesn\'t mean it isn\'t good.

I was actually kind of reluctuant to watch Afro Samurai. There was no reason why, but I\'m glad I watched it.
The plot is pretty much about a man seeking revenge for a samurai killing his father. In a way, the plot isn\'t that original, but with the voice talents of samuel L jackson, it brings a little comedy into the "seriousness" of the plot.
The animation I would say is quite good, not outstanding, but not too bad. Alot of samurai action, which I would say is the main point.
The fact that it\'s 5 episodes is really a plus, because this kind of plot couldn\'t
...
go on forever. So.. really, if you want to watch something short and sweet, and isn\'t drawn out, give it a go.

D.N Angel is about an ordinary boy, named Daisuke Niwa who has a family secret: when a boy in the Niwa family turns 14, he\'s prone to turning into phantom thief Dark. The only way to turn into this phantom thief is to think about the girl that he has strong feelings for. At this point in time, it\'s a girl named Risa.
Dark has an alternate named Krad, who is represented as angel, which is like \"light\", and they\'re constantly at war with each other, but the reality is they both have to be conjoined together.
D.N angel is such a cute anime to watch, Daisuke
...
is the main character and he is so genuine, sweet, and caring, you just have to go \"Daisuke!!\" Dark is completely different from Daisuke, and the adventures that they have together are crazy and so intoxicating, and on the other hand Risa and her twin sister Riku, are both friends with Daisuke, and at the same time, don\'t know that he is also the phantom thief that the police are trying to capture!

Anyone who likes light hearted comedy about school escapades will definitely enjoy Azumanga Daioh.
There\'s six girls in total: Sakaki, (the shy girl who has a secret love for cats), Chiyo (The genius who skipped __ grades), Kasuga aka osaka (the random one), Tomi (Loose cannon) Yomi, (Smart, and has her own set of problems), and Kagura (The sports fanatic). Each and every one of these girls go to the same school, but are very different in terms of personality, and their look on school. Each girl is completely different from the other which makes this such an interesting anime to watch.
Throughout the entire series
...
you see all of these six girls friendship strengthen and mature, and you get so involved in the things that happen within each episode. Being the new student in high school, exams, sports events, culture events, basically things that happen in school and what you do to volunteer in them are all in this anime. It really just epitomises what you do in school which is why it is so enjoyable to watch. The random chats you have with friends, the good and bad things that happen between friends, all the experiences that you go through in high school is pretty much displayed.
My opinion is, it\'s a great series full of cheer and high spirits, and a series that you definitely don\'t want to end!

Captivating from the first hit, death note is a thrilling, exciting, huge mind game, and we get the front row seat.
It\'s funny how a regular school person like Light Yagami finds a notebook that happens to kill anyone\'s name that you write in it. What\'s also fascinating is that you can even alter how the person dies. With this being known, Light finds a new hobby when obtaining this notebook, and gets a great idea: Why not cleanse the world of all of the bad people?! and create a new world with only good people that he can judge. Really, he wants to become "God".
It
...
sounds absurd, but throughout this series, he seems to appear that way in many aspects. When he encounters people like L, who try to spoil his plan of a new world, it gets even better, you don\'t want to stop watching it! Anyone that wants to watch a good anime, this is definitely worth watching, and from my opinion even re-watching. I will admit.. at some points the whole "killing people for a new world" plan gets a bit drawn out, but then new characters like Near, and Mello join the scene to complicate, and make Light\'s plan even more interesting to watch. Shinigami Ryuk, who is the owner of this notebook is bored.. and loves eating apples.. he wants some entertainment, and he\'s got it with Light!
