Honestly I will give it to you. It's a orgy swinging porn story. Basically u are reading it to jerk off. It reminds me of Korean softcore porn movies. (I am not very familiar with webtoons, maybe this his how they are written?).
Every character is there is have sex with each other...lot of steamy sex every chapter. Really good if u are in it for being horny.
But after everything is done, it's kind of traumatizing and toxic in reality. These people are not relationship material at all and just forced into a happy ending or workable relationship because of story. Realistic ending
...
would be both spouse realising they just want to have sex with people and their baby is just a excuse they are clinging on to for the entire story. They are just not suited for any serious relationship with anyone other than open relationship.
But oh well! This is supposed to be wish fulfilment through and through. So yeah after steamy sex with 100s of people, they realised they are ment to be with each other. So they got a happy ending where somehow their relationship worked till their son grew up.
Hey atleast, There is a really good drama version of it when it's not about porn.

Finally completed, this awful abomination. Rintaro strikes again (first neo tokyo, then final fantasy and now this shit.) He has no idea that movie should be presentable to audience. It looks awful shit and painful to watch. I actually had to watch it 3 times just so that I could wouldn't get distracted by his presentation and focus my eyes and brain of the story.
This movie biggest problem is the "viewpoint". whenever there is character interaction or speech, normally anime are supposed to show character's face at close up view. but this this movie does the opposite. There are 3 ways this movie sets the
...
viewpoint during speeches or interaction-
- Far view point (almost 40%)
basically shows a large area like airport or party hall from the farthest view. Multiple characters are present in a single frame and each character has there own motion. Plus due to the far view all character are so small. I (as in my eyes) has to identify which character is speaking the lines which can be heard in the movie and its really strainfull work for my eyes. Excessive animation for unnecessary parts, absence of focus, jarring atmosphere created due to combination of all this is really distracting.
- Detailed scenery without showing the character (30- 20%)
Rintaro likes to flaunt his background designs a lot. It would not be a problem normally, but he is purposefully doing it when a character starts speaking. That makes me fume in anger. Most of the time after the dialogue has ended or is about to end is when the microscopic sized character enters the scenery frame which is shown. This just shows how much he doesn't care about the story which is going on and he wanted to do is show off he movie's artistic detailed skills.
But is those details even good? No, in terms of looks those details are horrible. Just because he can make a detailed artwork doesn't mean its supposed to look good.
(Have ur teacher even scolded u in school to leave lines while writing and improve ur handwriting because u make a mess in the notebook with details which teacher is unable to read? Its basically the same.)
His films heavy detailing doesn't look neat. U can compare steamboy and metropolis side by side, to identify when heavy details look good and when heavy details look bad.
-Character back is shown (around 20%)
many of the times during the rare close up scene, we are supposed to see character's back while they are talking instead of there faces. Why??? Why would u want me to hit u so badly?
Only around 5-10% time of character speech, character faces are shown. like during each speech or interaction, 1 or 2 sec cameo of their faces just to rub salt in our faces.
Other problems with this movie ( ofcourse the problem won't stop at that)
- tezuka character designs looks out of place from the movie setting and detailed background (its like mickey mouse walking in live action avatar)
- also what with scene transition which looks cartoonish ( reminds me of looney tones hole or MS PowerPoint transitions). I know its rintaro's signature style, but he should realize by now he artwork and those transitions are like water and oil which don't mix.
-his storytelling is also pretty shit if u ask me. the sunspot came out of nowhere in the film, never really explained properly. By the first half, all the side characters either died or are out of picture. It look not so good to me. I have not read tezuka original work, i don't know how it went in it. But based on just wiki knowledge, their are many thing which appears to be missing or are poorly done in this movie
Overall If I consider only story then maybe its a 6/10. But because how excruciatingly painful rintaro direction was I will give it 3/10. Only thing I really liked about this movie was the tezuko character design or music. Story appears decent, nothing that special. characters also appeared fine, but i am not really sure. It will take a somewhat decent adaptation judge character fairly. Everything else was goddamn dreadful.
This is my first movie which I have dropped in between watching because it was painful to eyes.(I have watched more than 200 anime movies if u check my animelist, and the only one came close to dropping was darkside blue or neotokyo. but this is on another level)
I cannot believe this horrible thing was made is 2001. Truly, a remnant of 90s horror.
My advice to anyone is don't be fooled by masochist who consider it good.

(Warning: spoilers ahead)
Have u every thought how a person who sits in mama's basement think about outer world/society?
If u want to find out, try out Hiroya Oku works like this one. I know many of the audience can relate to this anime (as a former semi-mama's basement person even I can relate somewhat where all of this is coming from)
Inuyashiki is anime which tries something different and appears to be deep, but it actually very superficial with a lot of plot holes and irrational negative views.
Story of inuyashiki is basically altered version of "death note" story/morale done in really bad way with poor writing. Think
...
about 2 people who dies and are revived in a cyborg body. Both using it, one for good purpose (saving people) and one for bad purpose (killing people). Some ideas about it are interesting like seeing a cyborg grandpa or few of techno ideas seen in the series like shooting through tv/mobile. (but bang, bang words was still pretty childish...clearly something which possibly could to be picked up from a edgy teens online story)
But writing is still very bad and has a lot of plot holes
- nothing about how they become cyborg was ever explained (something related to aliens but never explained)
- the antagonist became a serial killer because of the influence of reading manga like really!!! (yep, that's was a unintentionally made hody jones from one piece...lol). The mangaka tries to coverup it by putting scenes like hiro seeing a man dying infront of him or his dysfunctional family. But unfortunately he failed, because we all saw the flashback from episode 2 where hiro's friend remember him as any evil person since his childhood. But still Hiro is a hody jones which audience love because he has light yagami character design and morale. (well, society is superficial just like mangaka imagined if we seen from a netizen perspective)
- Ending about Inuyashiki dying to stop asteroid was basically mangaka running out of ideas on what to do more with his character as anyone could see it was a repeated idea already used on hiro (antagonist).
-Emotion are really forced and overused. Especially, crying scene are too much unnatural and especially don't suit cynical society picture.
- most people were portrayed dumb unintentionally because of insertion of mangaka image of hateful society.
There was a scene where Hiro literally showed his body machine to fly away from a entire team of police and next ep we see a group of officer talking that he is a kid and cannot leave japan. I was like really...nobody saw any machine.
Not only that there are many such dumbness throughout the series like apparently nobody in Inuyashiki office knows that he was the one who saved all the people which was shown in live television or school talks or the hiro fan club... well one of the fan girls even died ...Hahaha or the troller who still thinking he cannot die, even after hiro showed him demo shots...he was hiding behind table and smiling and still teasing hiro that he is still safe...this is a level of dumbness which isn't funny anymore. There are obviously even tell more such scene.
- the characters are become two faced people unintentionally due to poor writing. (inuyashiki's family who shits on inuyashiki started having good feeling for him out of the blue after they knew he was a super robot dad or husband who saved people. There was a seen in the ending where her daughter was running happily towards home because she was selected in jump. I am like what about ur dad who died recently. if that's not a two face person then what is? this was definitely not intentional, the way it shown anyone can tell its because of poor writing.
Also Hiro, a murder who killed thousands including children just to justify his kinks got a redemption arc. Now that's just too much. Don't forget the trump cameo who was present there to show trump is a shitty person who shits on people)
I got to give it to the mangaka, he has no idea how real world works. Yes, there is corruption, rape and mass murder in the world. But those are not as 2-D things as from whatever media (movie/anime/manga/forums/blogs) he got his negative ideas from. He is obviously unable to separate his personal delusions about society (which he probably got from watching movies or reading manga) from the story he is writing.
If u think his repulsive view of society is a one-time thing he created for this kind of story as a form of art he is trying to express intentionally, then u are absolutely wrong. Most of his stories like Gantz also have it, so its probably his writing issue along with fake world views he got from internet.
Now coming to art and animation. Character design are pretty bad especially far shots and for older people.(That reminds me there was a women who looked like a hag and had cancer, hiro cured her. Next day she was shining beautiful like a young women......though according to me its still shinning ugly)
Animation is good but they use partial CGI which is jarring at times. Since I have seen a lot of worser CGI. I would consider this one decent.
OP is actually really great. It is one of the few things about this series which I found interesting.
Finally for a 11 episode, its not a really bad thing if u want to try out something different. But its clearly not for everyone and obviously a poorly written anime.
Overall I give it a 5/10 . Nice attempt, could have been better if online stupid views didn't influence the series.

Xixing Ji Zhi Jijie Pian/ The Westward season 2
Story (9/10) Very Good
The story continues where previous season left off. We get to new addition to our cast of protagonist Zhu Bajie (pig demon) and sand demon and also there story and what happened to them after journey to west and also on Xue ao (dragon horse) past too. The story progression is even better than previous season. I think it only going to go more better in future. Overall I am digging the storyline
Art ( 7/10) Masterpiece
As previous season, It is CGI, so not for everyone. But still comparatively good against other average chinese anime.
...
Art and character design are good
Characters (10/10) Outstanding
character as usual are the best thing about the series. I was hoped buddha would join them, but apparently he didn't...me *weeping*. The series brought even better character Son Wukong. But he also probably left. Overall still character are what makes the series so good. We got Bajie who bring comedy, Xue ao who is bring the element of darkness, Sanzang Tang who bring worthiness and also protagonist and the sand demon etc all bring something to the plate
Enjoyment (10/10) Outstanding
I really enjoyed it very. It is one of my top 5 Chinese anime ever.
Overall (9/10) Very Good
Loved it. Now I am a big fan of it. Can't wait for next season (hope next season happen, it is one of the few very less known Chinese anime with most potential)

Xi Xing Ji/ The Westward
Story (8/10) Very Good
Probably most people has already heard about famous Chinese tale called journey to the west. This story is basically what happened after the journey. It begins in a dragon kingdom where wolf demon (protagonist) who is friends with the Dragon princesses. There is a great war between Gods and dragons over stolen sutra (eternal fire) from Journey to the west. Deep secrets are held by boths gods and dragons. Now our protagonist (wolf demon) is on a journey to bring back the crew from Journey to west ( Tang Sanzang, dragon horse, monkey kin, pig and sand demon)
...
so that they all could take back the sutra where it belongs i.e in the west. There biggest hurdle is the gods and demons who oppose them.
I really like mythology story. This series did good use of the Chinese mythologies to well around action packed series. Especially they outdid themselves in the last episode was one of my favorite scene and fight of this series.
In terms of storyline, it is comparable to that of wu geng ji (one of the good Chinese anime)
Art ( 7/10) Good
It is CGI, so not for everyone. But still the CGI is almost at the level of Douluo Dalu (one of the best chinese anime). So its good when compared with other chinese series. Artstyle is very good, i like it.
Characters (9/10) Great
I love the character. They make the series all the more worthy to watch. Character progression for each of our protagonists (dragon horse and Tang Sanzang) are really awesome. I really loved buddha for obvious reasons
Enjoyment (9/10) Outstanding
I really enjoyed it very much. It is one of my top 10 chinese anime ever.
Overall (9/10) Very Good
From the concept to the action, everything was really great. The only complaint would be CGI ( but well i am used to it by now), I cant wait to see next season

Xixing Ji Zhi Zaijian Wukong or The westward movie is a prequal to the series which tells u the past story of Wukong (Monkey king). In the series season 2 flashbacks we say Wukong rebel against gods. This basically adds more story layers and characters while developing wukong origins and his relationship with buddha and heaven and how he went on journey to the west with Tang Sanzang and other.
It reused few of the scenes already shown in the series including flashbacks and adds all the new elements to it shows us in really well around way to be worthy being a great
...
movie. (Even though watching series is a prerequisite, The way this movie is made I don't think re-watching the series is required to jog ur memories)
I would compare the movie to King's avatar movie in terms of being worthy as a prequal movie which retained the level of its series.
It is animated through CGI which good quality when compared with other Chinese anime. Though still not the best and not for everyone.
Action scenes are really well done. I really enjoyed it very much
As a fan of this series, I cannot give anything less than 9/10

Once upon a time three well acclaimed directors came together to make a brainwashing program and u get what we see today as Neo Tokyo. Apparently from what I can see it worked like a charm in brainwashing people.
So lets talk what was so dreadful in it that I would call it a brainwashing program.
It has 3 short where obviously are not related to each other written by different people about different things. (Minor spoilers ahead)
Labyrinth Labyrinthos (1st short)-
It was kind of story which cannot differentiate the line between a masterpiece and nonsense. Yep, can take it either ways because ur brain is not gone
...
register it anyways. I could seriously tell u, I understood more about the story by reading its summary compared to watching it. It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen which cannot be salvaged. I would compare it with alien's from mars sending cryptic codes which people of earth misinterpreted as holy text from gods. This was most unexplainable thing out of the three and this was present both at the beginning and at the ending of this movie like as a sign of Hypnotism initiation and completion. "Muddled portrayal of grotesque feature" is the best explanation for it. I cannot tell u any more about art, characters, storyline etc because I cannot read Martian unfortunately. Overall if there is really something called so bad which can only be considered as good by a fanatic, then u have it in form of this 1st short. I just hope whoever wrote it doesn't have such epiphany again, it probably would be matter of life or death for this world next time.
Score-1/10 (as every sane person should)
Running Man (2nd short) -
It was fortunately more understandable. It had a few more lines to offer compared to what preceded it, which makes it more recognizable. But question remains, is any less bizarre than previous short? Answer is no. While I could comprehend it at emotional level, it makes no sense from most of what was shown. From what I got the theme is "stress of work". We got a racer who is yelling and making faces while racing throughout the short and news reporter standing at the stand whose only role is to act as our perspective. Now comes the freakish occurrences. Everything is breaking without any explanation from engines to human faces everything is cracked, exploded and destroyed, but still the racing goes on. A point comes where u cannot differentiate between different racers who are still riding on. There are even more strangeness with pupils disappearing in madness, red streaks of light coming through mouth of yelling protagonist, he appearing both at home and on his cart with an expression of mad rage simultaneously and there Ghosts are still riding on while further racers and their carts are breaking and being destroyed over and over. Everything went haywire just like my spoilers. When finally all was said and done, the last narrative described the incident as "a mystery that no one seem to mind, if it remains a mystery" Probably those are similar to my feeling about this short. Never open a Pandora box, it only looks beautiful as a mystery.
Score-3/10 (for being understandable)
The Order to Stop Construction (3rd short) -
Probably the most sane plot out of the three. But is it? probably, yes. While the characters are insane, plot is still sane. It is ur run-of-the-mill insane robots tropes ( though I am assuming this trope is supposed to be some sort of innovation in 1987). Nothing much is going on, a pretty straight forward story with a wacky ending. So its suppose to be safe, isn't it?... No, never ever fell for that. while plot is still safe, the art and designs is right out atrocious. U could have a migraine after seeing the artstyle. One may argue that it was the similar since the beginning, but u see the ingenuity of it shined the best in the third short. As my saying going the true colors of a art came out in the finale. Remember my warning after brainwashing "horrendous artstyle" probably will be interpreted as "clean animation". So exercise extreme caution.
Score-5/10 (art was pretty similar to final fantasy : legend of crystals, probably scores also should be similar. I am not a guy who will treat unfairly only based on art and animation for a old 1987 work being bad)
Finally...I am surprised at myself, i could attempt to put this obscurity in words. As one of the survivors of brainwashing, I felt a immense duty to make the society more aware. Probably many fanatics will trash me for this, But I atleast tried to warn u all.
Coming to final scores, 3/10 overall (+1 for attempt and for being only a short, +1 for being a old anime and as a respect to its well established directors, +1 for the purpose of this anime - brainwashing works very well)

It was kind of nice sport anime. It a story which focuses on fencing (the is the only anime which exist about proper fencing as of now). Each episode short (8-10 mins) with 24 episodes so its equal to a proper 12 episode anime.
Story (6/10)
Story is basically about a freshman named Minnie who has joined CMFU fencing club because of her fascination with "Three Musketeers". She is quite athletic but she has no experience in fencing. The plot is her journey in the world of fencing as well as Fencing club battles in a Fencing contest especially with their rivels Yunzong Academy. She is
...
trained by president Chu Zhuoran through this ordeal.
It had a good story but nothing special which stands out. It is quite realistic portrayal (expect for few high tech gadgets) and gives lot of info about fencing. One of the things I disliked was lack of protagonist's involvement in matches. She barely participated in the contest. In the entire series she only once participated as a substitute in the finale. (That also didn't go so well). But it's understandable since she is a newbie.
Art (7/10)
Animation was decent. But still way better then average Chinese anime out there. Fencing battles were nice realistic too
Sound (6/10)
I liked the op. But sound effect were average, nothing special. Ed was ok
Character (7/10)
Characters were very likeable. I liked how characters other than protagonist or main character were given importance too.
Enjoyment (8/10)
I was very enjoyable to watch. Though there are no proper eng sub I could find which made thing little less enjoyable.
Overall (7/10)
It is a nicely done series which tells about fencing. It was a good watch. Recommended to any casual sport anime fan who are interested in fencing. If anyone one is into this series, they can also watch other CMFU series about pool (whose characters appear in cameo in this series).

Its a very ironical series. Basically it starts through mocking generic Chinese harem novel through protagonist point of view. So I thought it was going to do something unique. But later on, to my regret I found out the part they were mocking was not towards poorly done generic story but mock was going towards the harem genre. So the series itself turned out to be a poorly written generic Chinese Yaoi series baited as a harem series. But still its decent enough for atleast one time watch.
Story- (5/10)
Story is about protagonist transmigrated into a Chinese harem fantasy story as its antagonist and He is
...
basically trying to prevent his death flags from happening in that story. Premise would have sound interesting if I had not watched anime with same story premise before. Yes, I know of two anime which has same story outline (1 chinese - There's a Pit in My Senior Martial Brother's Brain and 1 japanese - My Next Life as a Villainess). Atleast execution of story is not so bad, but still its generic.
Art - (6/10)
Compared to other chinese anime, the CGI is better than average. Though don't expect too much.
Sound - (6/10)
It is more or less like every chinese anime. OP was average.
Character - (4/10)
Other than protagonist and his disciple (who is actually the instoryworld protagonist), every other character is bad. Maybe it is purposefully done like that to show that Chinese harem story is trash, but still that makes this story less enjoyable. Especially all the female character except for one were worst that rubbish. Even that one female character is only slightly better. Though Protagonist and his disciple dynamics were good
Enjoyment - (5/10)
It was somewhat enjoyable, Atleast not boring enough to drop it. One things I expected from a Chinese anime is to have good action. While action was present, I was not very good even from Chinese anime. There was one scene which particularly annoyed me was a fight between 2 female character. Instead of fight, that turned out to be some sort of weird dance where basically another character is explaining it as some sort of hyper movement fight which eyes cant see. Yes, it basically a joke towards action in chinese harem series.
Overall - (6/10)
Even for a yaoi series, there are better Chinese anime out there than this one.
But if u can look past the mocking nature where it ironically fell flat and it baited nature, then its not a bad series to watch either

The initial story premise was good. A soldier in a isekai world with his advanced AI based tool which sounds really interesting. A mix of guns and magic was an interesting concept. Even the story of initial episodes was kind of entertaining to watch. But by the end everything falls apart. Last few episodes were just forced deaths. Barely 1-2 arc is finished, but most of the important characters introduced are all dead. It's very disappointing. The ending is not conclusive and is made in a way for future sequel. The entire thing went from very good to average by the end.
The CGI is
...
better than average Chinese anime. Though don't expect too much.
Characters were average to mediocre (The protagonist was kind of interesting). Character development (other than protagonist) is very poor. World building is also average as of now.
Romantic development was also kind of poor. Though not sure as of now if it will follow the harem or romance route. Romance route has higher possibility for now. Multiple coupling were made but they are all dead (except protagonist and his love interest)
One of the good thing about this anime is the episode length was 15 -20 mins (unlike many Chinese anime which are 5 min per episode)
Overall I still enjoyed it. I am hoping it has a sequel which do things better.
