The globalization of the anime industry is a controversial topic, but I can at least say that we should be spreading awareness about anime production and how much animators are struggling behind the scenes. The fact that the average anime fan (at least in the west) can watch a series so broken as Jigokuraku(Hell's Paradise) and believe it's a masterpiece is truly depressing.

I have not made any animations myself, but I have done some research on the subject.
Keep in mind that I'm not an expert though, so take anything in my comments with a grain of salt.
I'm trying to make it clear in the comments as well that anything I'm stating in only speculation.
I just love anime and I'm interested in how they are made.

As for art, I have made some pixelart and I think I'm decent at small scale (16x16 - 32x32), but not much beyond that.

Ok I'm not saying that every anime needs to have 50 episode to be good.
I do like anime with 12-25 episodes but they mostly end with first season without the possibility of another cour.
I do like Guilty Crown and Angel Beats but they are actually very rushed. Guilty Crown has 22 episodes but I think it should have gotten 25 eps and the story itself had some problems. I'm a bit biased in giving it a high score. Jun Maeda had planned 26 episodes for Angel Beats but later it was shortened into 13 eps.

Well, I still want to see long shounen anime. Shounen anime dosent look good when it is splitted in cours.
Jujutsu Kaisen was 24 episodes but it was very boring. So I gave it it 5/10 but I think if it was longer I would have given it a high score.Still jujutsu is better than MHA and Tokyo Revengers.

I can agree with your point but it proves that the new Japanese writers dosen't know how to write a good story.
