If you liked Non Non Biyori add

...then you might like Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? add

they are not exactly the same (but isn't that what your looking for? something similar but with some different aspects as well) both of these slice of like anime revolve around girls lives where "non non biyori" focuses more on the school/country life and "is the order a rabbit" is around the tea and coffee shops (i guess around the city area, not really country). a few voice actors are the same in both of these. both have a yuri aspect to it. (sharo and hotaru) being similar-ish so basically if you want something slice of life that does have some similar but different aspects, i recommend these two together.

...then you might like Overlord add

lots of people may think i am nuts for saying these two a similar but... overlord and c3 both have the harem aspect in the anime (more noticeable in c3) but in overlord, there's more action, although in c3 there's still some action but it's not 100% action like overlord. c3 still has quite a bit of action in it though. so overall, overlord is (c3 minus ecchi)

If you liked Tamako Market add

...then you might like Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? add

both of these anime revolve around the children in different shops in a town. they are both comedy/slice of life. it shows how they live their life (slice of life). both can get funny at some stage. i guess tippy can represent dera and vice versa.

If you liked Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu add

...then you might like Hataraku Maou-sama! add

these two anime aren't exactly similar because the characters in these two anime have different motives, but trying to conquer it just what makes both of these really funny. definitely recommend if you need a bit of a laugh.
