This manga is super average, and I don't mean that in a bad way. To avoid spoilers since this is such a short series I don't think this will be an all too long review.
Densetsu No Yuusha No Konatsu is basically a series of oneshots of dates between the Main Character, and various women. Despite that, it's not some trashy harem that over saturates the Anime/Manga industry. It's fairly innocent and aside from one or two pairings nothing really sticks out or evokes much emotion. That said, I'm a rather cold person most of the time. To most readers I think they'll find this more

A manga about rooting for a kind of weird guy trying to find a girl who like him for who he actually is, not for the fact that's he's the legendary hero who defeated the demon king.
Yeah we actually start after most manga of the genre end, now that the world is at peace the hero want to live a more simple life by finding a wife and settling down, he quickly realize that he cannot trust any woman who already know that he is the obviously wealthy legendary hero because there is no telling that they're not just after his money and fame. So he ... Mar 13, 2018
What is a man to do when he accomplishes the one goal that his life is dedicated to? How does a man who knows of nothing aside from duty continue after his purpose is accomplished? Densetsu no Yuusha no Konkatsu illustrates this situation using comedy as well as a look at the main character's thoughts as the events of the story unfold. The best part of this series is that his struggles are something we can all relate to and it allows us to connect with the main character and to feel empathy for him despite the fantasy setting.

Based on the cover of the manga I assumed that it would be something like the conquest of various species, but the manga conveyed me with a somewhat different theme, a somewhat retired hero seeking his future wife, based on a superficial knowledge of how to act in society or behave in front of a girl he goes out in search of a romance, hiding his identity as a hero he seeks a girl with a pure heart and who falls in love with him and not for hero status, as you begin to see various points, as society imposes itself, as is the truth

When you look at the cover by the synopsis, and synopsis itself, you might think that it's a dating manga with monster girls, or at least heavily set in fantasy.
It's not. It's not a harem, either. SPOILERS AHEAD or more accurately, the way the plot is bulit is written below. It's an episodic, every-week-a-new-villain type story, with the plot mold being: hero wants to someone to love him for being himself, not a hero, so he anonymously goes on blind dates-> HA ha he has a weird fashion sense, and comes to date in a corncob costume, that's actually made from carcass of the halloween king [lvl 13445346234], ... tl;dr: An interesting concept implemented pretty well though a bit messy in the beginning and end.
This manga has a pretty unique premise and uses it pretty well. It starts off a bit slowly, wherein the chapters mostly repeat a per chapter loop of him interacting with women in a strange way due to his background as a hero, resulting in them not liking him, but then him impressing them with something related to him being a hero, but moving on because then it would be impossible for them to like him for him. This is pretty amusing considering how repetitive each instance was, but didn’t ... |
