Hetakoi and Koibana Onsen is similar in two ways. First, there is a hot springs context which provides the circumstances for characters to meet and for relationships to develop. Second, there is emphasis on mature sexual relationships among characters that is profoundly built on many primitive emotions related to love and lust.

3 girls and a boy that come to live with them and also ecchi and love story with them ...

Both are about romantic first love/ first sex. The humor is sexual without being "dirty" I guess you would call it B Gata has nudity and sexual content, be advised that Koibana has a WHOLE LOT MORE, it is borderline Hentai. They both left me feeling happy with good endings.

Both we find our male protagonist in more than one mature relationship and his struggle in the matter of love. Koibana Onsen has an approach more love-like, Haru yo, Koi you find the male protagonist having an approach more sex-like "because" of love.

Both of these are happy romances with almost no drama whatsoever although the key similarity between the two is the fact that both blatantly deal with sex. Love Lucky! is a little bit less geared towards sex however in both manga their are numerous sex scenes. Also the personalities between both the male and female characters are extremely similar.

Both deal with the relationship between sex, romance, and love; both focus on how the problems of young couples can affect their sex lives (and vice versa); both maintain a light, romantic tone, even while discussing serious issues. Both are borderline-H manga.

Both manga share a borderline hentai style, and are based on romance. Koibana Onsen is more harem oriented, but is not like the main male character goes and sleeps with any random girl; in fact, he is "faithful" to his girlfriend. Both manga are fun to read and the romance is very entertaining. If you liked either series, then you will enjoy both.

Both these mature series involve the male protagonist moving into a bathhouse for work only to find himself at the hands of the females who use it.

Both are borderline hentai titles that aren't about rape and that the characters stay loyal towards one another.

Both titles have plenty of sex scenes but aren't entirely hentai. Both are really fun to read at least in a male perspective since these are harem titles which is the ultimate fantasy of men. The difference is that Koibana Onsen's male lead doesn't have sex with other characters besides his main love interest as opposed to Rin X Mama who openly has affairs with different women and even goes for threesomes or more rather frequently

Both of these serialisations feature different types and facets of sexual relationships. The main difference however is that Desire explores so much more than Koibana Onsen.
