Both manga share a borderline hentai style, and are based on romance. Koibana Onsen is more harem oriented, but is not like the main male character goes and sleeps with any random girl; in fact, he is "faithful" to his girlfriend.
Both manga are fun to read and the romance is very entertaining. If you liked either series, then you will enjoy both.
