Both manga has a female lead that has a Stockholm syndrome falling in love with their capture or killer but it doesn’t go like that at first like any stockholm syndrome it developed by time and that how both manga has to offer the kidnappers trying to save the female from anything from love for them or for killing her himself. 

Assume that you got lost and nowhere to go... but the wait inevitable... Every interactions between character.. defies a lot of whether you're no longer resist reality... The counterpart is that, It simplify the whole scenerio about get droven to another world... which is much peacefully calm that leaves a lot of despair and hatred 

Both manga has similar vibe and have a Stockholm syndrome with a girl and a “killer” who may have developed something from each other  

Tone wise the two are VERY different, depending on your personal view one is much more darker than the other. Rachel and Mogumo have a similar backstory of coming from rather broken households that may have started off as normal but became worse and worse as time goes on. Both characters are also blamed for said household going awry. While Satsuriku no Tenshi is not explicitly stated to have the two main leads in a romantic view, their bond is incredibly close and just like Mogumo and Tetsu they form a strong bond that others wouldn't or couldn't understand.
