Both mangas are cute slice of life following a cast of unique, cute characters. The characters in both share a hobby (Manga and theatre respectfully) They both have a very similar setting, a group of teenage girls living and working (Or going to school) together. If you've enjoyed one, you will like the other.

Cute Girls Doing Cute Things. Relaxing comedy. No male lead. While Yuru Yuri focuses on short stories of random comedy related to amusing lesbian romance, friendship, silliness, school life, and slice of life. Comic Girls focuses on the goals that each main girl is trying to achieve.

Moe Manga, four funny girls like Gabriel DropOut. The characters are also outlandish and funny but sweet and supportive

It's also funny. About chaos the main character is similar to Jahy when she has trouble but she's not so smug. Very amusing

Mangaranai and Comic Girls are two four-panel comics about four girls living in a dormitory, with most of them being manga artists. The story follows the daily lives of these characters and, occasionally, their struggles of learning how to make decent manga.

Cute 4koma manga, both serialized in Manga Time Kirara/max. Featuring a cute, unique cast of characters. Both shows follows a girl new to town (Moeta and Hana) who easily becomes friends with three girls. Including the energetic and outgoing Koizuka and Tama. besides the main four friends, there is a cute cast of background characters. Cute comedy slice of life mangas following high school students.

These are 4komas about cute girls doing cute things, to be sure, but this time they are all about girls making the entertainment you love! In New Game!, the cast are definitely adults with adult problems, while in Comic Girls, they are high school students who really are close to adulthood. If you're a gamer or avid manga reader, you'll be sure to laugh at the jokes, and sympathize plenty with the characters' struggles.

Both shows are cute, slice of life moe mangas following the daily life of a fun cast of characters with cute designs. Who have a certain hobby/theme connecting the characters (Manga and sweets)

These manga have a very similar setting, a group of teenage girls living and working together, as well as art style and sense of humour, playing up how the characters are between childhood and adulthood in a lighthearted, goofy way. There even are a lot of parallels between their main casts. And they are serialised with the same 4koma format in the same magazine, so it's not for nothing Comic Girls is called the new GochiUsa in Japan.
