Both narrate a way off, wrong love story between a fragile Uke and a psychopathic Seme. Yoon Bum and Yui have a similar point of view about love but of course things will be different for them. I found both really deep and I personally recommend to compare their character and themes. 

Without revealing too much, I'd say that these two manga are very, very similar. You have an older man who shows sexual interest in a young boy, a boy whose entire life changes after he meets said man, a realistic/likeable female friend and confidante of said boy (very rare in BL manga) and the emotional struggles of the boy as he comes to term with his own desires and sexuality.  

These two manga take on the subject of paeodophilia without glorifying or romanticizing it. Needless to say, both are dark works with disturbing graphics, but if you can move beyond that, both offer an intriguing insight between a pedo and his changing relationship with his victim, throughout the years. 

We see two young boys seduced by older men, but what happens years later after they've grown apart? Do they share the same dynamic, or do the tables turn? Expect the unexpected!
