This manga revolves around two childhood friends that become lovers. ML has loved FL since childhood but feels unworthy of love. Both manga feature a ML delinquent type that gets into fights but secretly wants to be loved and accepted. Both ML lash out at others because they hate themselves and have zero clue how to interact with others. The ML in both manga however are major man whores.  

Good girl falls for delinquent bad boy. They were childhood sweethearts when they were very young (elementary school age), but she had to move away and lost contact. When she meets him again, she still loves him but he's no longer the sweet boy she remembers.  

Kore wa Ai ja Nai node, Yoroshiku and Boku ni Hana no Melancholy are both stories about two childhood friends who were separated as kids. The ML in both grew up to be a very different person. In Kore wa Ai ja Nai node, Yoroshiku, the ML is the class pretty boy who all the girls love. Whereas in Boku ni Hana no Melancholy, the ML grew up to be a bad boy. The FL in both series are pretty similar being a bubbly, cutesy girl. Their overarching plot is pretty similar, being reunited childhood friends and all, so you'll prolly like one if you liked the other :) read more 

Quite similar story line - male lead with slice of life, both male and female lead are childhood friends, lost contact suddenly and met back during high school. Also has similar scene for triangle love. Kou has very similar character with Yuzuru except for the fighting part.
