A client visits Goro Akechi’s private detective office. The client is a housewife. She suspects that her husband is having an affair and she asks for Goro Akechi's help.
This housewife falls in love with akechi and turns herself into a Moriarty. Often settings up cases with criminal plans for him to solve, turning her into a crime lord with a huge criminal network who akechi must stop.
Her number one target is Ichigou, and akechi must catch her to save Ichigou.
