Both involve a boss-assistant relationship The only difference is in Beelzebub, the MC is the assistant and in Hades, the MC is the boss 

While Beelzebub-jou isn't a girls love, I got similar vibes from the both of them. -Soft and cute artstyle -Victorian fashion And I felt like Beelzebub and Momo are a lot alike in design and personality. I'd just say Beel is more on shy side, since it's clear she holds special feelings for her subordinate, she's just not as open with her feelings as Momo. Romance is not the main focus in Beelzebub-jou though, but it is very much implied. 

Both manga have a very cute artwork, and characters that were supposed to be evil but are unable to. If you like a light fluffy romance, try them.
