While Beelzebub-jou isn't a girls love, I got similar vibes from the both of them.

And I felt like Beelzebub and Momo are a lot alike in design and personality.
I'd just say Beel is more on shy side, since it's clear she holds special
feelings for her subordinate, she's just not as open with her feelings as Momo.
Romance is not the main focus in Beelzebub-jou though, but it is very much implied.
