They both have to do with a whole school being against a girl that doest want to just go with what everyone else is doing  

Both are about girls who start at a new school and change it for the better by being themselves. Also, both face ridicule because they are different from the general school body, but later they are accepted. 

An elite school, twisted into a nightmare for the students, by the students. A group decides to put an end to the madness, and restore peace. There is romance but the school, it's students, and the mob mentality are the main focuses. 

Similar heroines -- enthusiastic and silly -- fight to change the structure of power among students in their respective schools. Each story is overall lighthearted and cutesy shoujo, but there are elements of very dark themes, particularly in the male leads' pasts. 

Both stories are about a love triangule between the gang leaders from Black and White gangs (in PB the gangs are from the same school but in KCD they're from different schools) and a high school girl. 

The Main charachters are really similar, the way that Isshiki and Zero are both really emotionless, have a dark past and they secretly love the main girl character; Hina and Yuuki respectively and that the other main character ; Nishizaki and Kaname, also harbour feelings for Hina and Yuuki, although the don't show it as obviously. And, Koshiba is so like Ichijo. I also think the Black/White thing of Penguin brothers is like the Night/Day class of Vampire knight. 

Whilst the stories themes are very different,they are both stories in which the main girl character is mixed up in a love triangle with a funny air-head and a serious character from their past. However, Pen.B is a comedy with serious parts,whilst C. is more of a suspense in a seinin style, although with comedy. 

i dont really know why but when i read penguin bro it always remindid me of shinshi doumei cross. i guess the strong willed main character haine and hane are kind of the same and the problems with the bro are kind of the same anyway they are both very good mangas i would sugest them to anyone!!!!!!!!

When reading Penguin Brothers I kept thinking how similar it was to Skip Beat. These two mangas share VERY similar main characters.... The main character in both of these is a fierce, but simple-minded female who can hold her own against many different opponents including bullies. Both characters are very likable and make friends with lots of people who seem like enemies at first. Also, the lead has a difficult goal which she is trying to accomplish. There are many obstacles in the way for these characters, but both work very hard to overcome them. 

The situation of the girls are simular.They both are strong and know how to fight. They also want to protect thier friends. I know that if you liked one you will like the other 

They both have a revolution purposed to a school, and it is from the main character that the school and the students starts to change
