Strike Witches' Maidens in the sky actually makes a great addition to Strike Witches franchise. It gives a lot more background on how Yoshika Miyafuji joined the Strike Witches and the events that lead up to it.

This is my first time reading anything in the Strike Witches series, so I apologize if I'm missing any important information.
To sum up my thoughts, I'd say this series is average. I like the idea of the witches, but some parts move really slow and there's a lot of fanservice which doesn't bother me, honestly. I knew what I was getting into with this one. The characters are cute, and I even got a nendoroid of Miyafuji because she was a good price. Also, seeing the girls flying around with guns makes this series worth it, in my opinion. Pick this one up if you ... |
