Both fantasy manga is about a powerful protagonist who makes girls have sex with him. Both are full of explicit content in every one of their chapters.

Both manga have a main character is a badass demon king dude, "harem" element and happen in a fantasy world. However, Maou no Hajimekata is more ecchi and has quite lot "smut scence".

Both manga are a high fantasy where the MC is very intelligent, meticulous and overpowered. The setting and pacing give the two a similar feeling, overall. Re:Monster is about an intelligent goblin who is able to gain abilities by eating other creatures or objects. He works toward his own and his people's betterment. Unfortunately, at this point, the thing they have most in common is that there isn't enough of either.

Both has a male protagonist that deeply distrust others. They would brainwash their enemies if deemed a useful pawn, if not they would kill them mercilessly. Both manga also has a lot of lewd scenes with both enemies and allies.

Both have bad ass villain protagonists who wants to expand their rule and are powerful. They also both have harems and fantasy.
