Idol na Kanojo to Wotaku na Bokuto is a manga about the relationship between an idol and her fan, in which the nerdy fan becomes the idol's slave, as the story shows they keeping this relationship while trying to hide it from other people. The setting is the idol scene in Japan, showing both the good and bad things about it, which is mostly pretty well known already, but can be revealing if you are not familiar with it. There are many things happening in the story, like a trial to decide who will be the idol group's center, the MC helping the girls in

the group when they have problems, and a look into Chiroru's past. But the best thing about this manga is the main couple scenes, the scenes of Tirol dominating Taku are really hot, and there are many funny interactions between them. You will think the guy is the luckiest man in the world. It reminds of Chizuru and Kazuya's relation in Kanojo, Okarishimasu, the characters traits and how they interact are similar. So I recommend it if you like Kanokari.
Shimobe Taku is the main character, a nerdy and spineless idol fanboy, who is willing to become a slave to have some time together with the idol he loves. This kind of character can be really bothersome, but I think he works well in this story, since he being like that is essential for the main couple's dynamic. And also, many people can relate with him to some extent. Agatsuma Chiroru is the main girl who Taku is in love with. She is attractive, confident and kind, that's why she is the favourite to become the group's center. But she unveils more about her personality only to Taku, showing a cunning and wicked side which she can't show to her fans. All the other girls in the group are interesting on their own as well, having different personalities and traits. Between them, the most important is Koga Nanase, the main antagonist and Chiroru's rival. She is similar to Chiroru, hiding a sly personality behind kindness, but even more evil, as she is willing to ruin her colleagues to become the center. Her goal is to be the most popular girl in the group and the center of attention, which is why she becomes envious of Chiroru. She is a great character as an antagonist and also develops as the story progresses.
The art is really good and a big part of why the manga is so enjoyable, especially in the ecchi scenes. The girls are beautiful and distinguishable. I recommend this manga if you like the premise and don't mind when the girl is dominant and abusive, as the best part about it is the relationship between the main couple, while the plot isn't that great.
