They are both very beautiful stories about a demon raising a child and then falling in love with her. Throughout the manga both the demon main characters develop emotions and struggle to realize their feelings for the human girl. If you enjoyed reading one manga you will definitely enjoy reading the other.

In both mangas, a powerful demon comes to the human world and picks up a baby girl. They decide to raise the girl. Both demons are initially emotionless and are only looking for a source of amusement, but as they watch the girl grow up they become kinder and eventually fall in love with the girl. However, the fact that they are a demon threatens to separate them, and they must overcome many obstacles to be together. =.= 

Both about demons raising a human girl and eventually falling far her Both have a some what bitter sweet ending differences: In Hanatsu the girl doesn't know that the guy is a demon Hana to akuma is longer, and focus more on the two characters falling in love there are more characters in Hana to Akuma and it has a happier feel, at least until the end.  

Similar involvement with devils and fantasy. The male leads are both cool and unapproachable at first, but are definitely intense characters who care about the girl. 

The main female lead in both manga are mentally strong, but they have ties to a strong male demon who desires to protect them from other demons. Both gave off a sort of fluffy romance feel while still maintaining a serious note through the story. 

Both include a devil that exchanges something with a human who will eventually give their life/soul back to the demon. The manga shows the adventures of the human and demon during the time that they're together. 

Both are romantic adventure mangas about a human and a nonhuman who are traveling together. The female leads resemble each other and have similar personalities. Both have charming male leads. I personally like Nephilim better. 

These two manga's are both about a demon giving power to a young girl, for her in order to live. And in both of them, there's a contract that has to be fullfilled. And both of the girls got a mark which proves that they have the power of a demon in them. And I liked both of them, but I have the feeling that Hitomi kara Destiny was a bit rushed. Personally, I likes Hanatsuki Hime better. It was beautiful, and it was like there came peace over me as I read some dancing parts. It was beautiful, and I was sucked into the story. Alas, Hitomi kara Destiny was so short, even though it was very beautiful too. But I didn't get the feeling that it was really peaceful, but rushed, as I said earlier. Well, I really recommend Hanatsuki Hime if you liked Hitomi kara Destiny. I think you'll like Hanatsukihime even better. And if you've read Hanatsukihime first, read Hitomi kara Destiny. It's not as good, but it's nice. read more
