Manga: Boku wa Mondai Arimasen
Henshin no News and Boku wa Mondai Arimasen were written by the same mangaka. Both consist of chapter-length short stories that mostly don't have an impact on the previous or next story. If you liked one, the other is a must-read. Both have a mix of comedic stories and dramatic stories alike, so everyone should find a favorite chapter for their tastes.

Manga: Nickelodeon
Both of them are short story collections (although Nickelodeon's stories are SHORT, lasting only a few pages) with a knack for black comedy. Henshin no News is a bit more frequently down to earth than Nickelodeon, but when it dives into the surreal it goes into it even deeper.

Manga: Coffee Jikan
both are collections of slice-of-life shorts with a dash of fantasy. it gets absurd & slightly spooky here and there, the endings are lovely though. Henshin no News isn't exactly traditional in terms of art.
