This is an easy read, and I think that is to its advantage. I expected a convoluted plot about amnesia and such (because it stared in a hospital haha), but it is just a sweet, straightforward story of how two people came to know each other. Reading this is like sitting on a park bench and people watching on a sunny day. This is how simple should be done. I will definitely be reading this again. You only get glimpses of the character's faults and backstories, but they stay true to who they are. The author focuses on how the two interact with each other

instead of drawing you in with drama. The bright, gentle artwork is unique and a great complement to the ease of the story. Some of the secondary characters are very similar to each other, but they are nice for moving the plot along. The scenery itself is gorgeous, though. You can practically feel the breeze as it billows the curtains. The pacing is great for a slice-of-life, but not for anyone who needs action every second. The characters have troubles that go along with being alive, and, all in all, this story is realistic and refreshing, and doesn't try to be anything else.
