Chapter 6 "Yurusareta Uta" has a similar feel to Crimson spell in that both manga have fantasy/magical elements. Also, the uke has a monster form.  

Two main male characters are in love. One of them is regularly taking form of a beast, another is the only one who can control this wild side of his beloved. 

Both have a person with magical abilities who charge people for their services.  

Both are about a demon and a special human boy travelling around in a "dark ages"-like time with demons, princes, sorcerers and stuff. While Koori no Monogatari is "only" Shonen Ai, Crimson Spell is definitely Yaoi. I kind of needed my time to accepted it and to love them. But only compared to Blood & Ishuca from Koori, which whom I fell in love straight away. I personally love Koori a lot more, but I can't deny a lot of similarities! Even in the looks: The (seme) demon/sorcerer has silver long hair (though Blood is always cutting it), the (uke) human boy short black hair. One more thing, the uke in Crimson Spell is a lot more seme-ish. He fights really well and can be very dangerous. read more 

These two manga are similar because they both have to deal with the supernatural. In both you can see the main characters conflicts cleary. In some parts of the story line it triggers your emotions. If you really like yaoi I recommend reading both. Though they are both unfinished these two mangas pull at your heartstrings. With beautiful artwork, great characters, and an amazing storylines these two manga are surprisingly similar. Be ready to pick sides in both of these mangas and try not to fall too much in love with the characters in both of the mangas including the worlds they dwell in because remember they do not exist. The artwork is consistently attractive, sultry and beautiful throughout, showing adult masculine men. 

Supernatural Yaoi with long-haired seme. In both stories the characters struggle to control their supernatural powers, which is linked to transformation and sex. Crimson spell is much longer and has more smex.  

A Love between a Demon and powerful Sorcerer. Compared to Crimson Spell, Ryuu no Yuigon is very light on the love scenes but is a very charming story. 

It has plant rape and snake rape x3 sexyy 

If you like hard yaoi with a strong story and characters you can actually like, these recommendations are for you... 

Yaoi, magic, demons, very atractive heroes... When I read IB, it reminds me very much CS. But end is very diferent and cool! 

The humour is very similar, and when I was reading Superior, Crimson Spell really came to mind... but for those who do not read yaoi (boy x boy), Crimson Spell is probably not for you. Crimson Spell also has a lot more smut. :P 

Both are yaoi and very interesting. Crimson Spell involves some fantasy while Junjo Romantica does not. But both mangas are truly unique and enjoyable.  

It's got that same mix of hot men, humor, and action that any yaoi fan is simply craving at 30 sec intervals throughout the day ;D 

If you like the seme having to WORK for the affection of the uke, instead of the "short and sweet" romances, then Crimson Spell and Yellow are the ones for you ;) (also had some GREAT humor, and pretty schmexy stuff thrown in ;) 

the plot is not the same in anyway. but they both have a great feel to them and are both really good yaoi. they both have a little sex mix in with one great plot.
