They both include guys pretending to be girls for a certain reason who have a different personality when being themselves, and a girl who knows their secret.

Aside from the male leads and their crossdressing there's something that feels similar but far more mean spirited in the relationship with the female protagonist. Still, some fun in the times they do help even if they act like they aren't doing so.

Both have cute crossdressing boys with boyish girls that are taller than the guys. But there is more romance in Kimi no Neiro.

Although in quite different circumstances and worlds, both protagonists have the same arrogant attitude, are smart, and fool those around them through disguises.

Both of these have gender-bending as a main plot point and the other main character getting distressed over this; however, while Maria Holic has more of a sadistic relationship, Prunus Girl is a little teasing for fun. Both of these also have a homosexual undertone, Prunus Girl doesn't particularly announce it (save for one character) but both do seem to satirize these homosexual pairing, but Maria Holic does it to a greater extent.

Both series feature siblings Gender Blending. In maria holic its from the male perspective ie going to an all girls school as an boy in disguise. In both series their true identity is found out by their sophomore senpai. In maria holic its from boys perspective where as in kenka banchou otame its from girls perspective. But the biggest differences lies in its genres coz Maria Holic is about Comedy n Kenka Banchou Otome is about reverse harem plus romcom (i think).

Houou is a reverse harem manga with a cross-dressing female lead while Maria†Holic has a cross-dressing male lead surrounded by women. Similar comedic tones and premise. Both must keep their real gender secret and have connections to the school's staff. Mariya's antics tend to be similar, but more extreme than Houou's main male character Yui. The main female characters are lesbians searching for a partner and have physical aversions to men, yet find themselves unable to escape their presence.

Traps anyone? Both are funny comedies and basically make fun of, respectively, the shounen-ai and shoujo-ai genres. PriPri is set in a all-male school and MH is set in a all-female school, but they have a similar feel and character dynamics. Also, Yuujirou and Mariya are similar: both are pretty, blonde, popular, and quite sadistic boys.

Even though the authors are different, these works have the same feel to them. They share a school setting with comedy/parody elements and bizarre characters. While in SZS we have a male lead surrounded by girls, in MH we have a female surrounded by girls... and a trap. Both manga also got a great anime adaptation by SHAFT.

Fun comedies about school girls allergic to men. She has just moved to a new city and/or school, and is unlucky enough to meet a sadistic but good-looking boy (Haru/Mariya) who enjoys abusing and bullying her in many ways (touching her on purpose, for instance). Both Hana and Kanako also have the habit of mentally addressing to their mother or grandmother when they're in trouble or depressed.

They both includes a guy cross-dressing as a girl in an 'All Girl' school.
