I really enjoyed Gosan no Heart, so I expected to like this. Instead it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.
It has the Ogawa Chise charm (beautiful art, a deep emotional narrative from the narrator character, some fun attitude from the art and some snarky dialogue), but overall I'd label this as an average yaoi. I couldn't really enjoy this self-pity narrative of silent obsession, rape (somnophilia warning), sudden and frankly unrealistic forgiveness/reciprocation, guilt + pushing-away, and reconciliation. It wasn't romantic to me, and the sex appeal was dulled by my dislike of the main character.
The love interest is endearing, though, earnest and

refreshing. The writing for the main character feels both realistic and meaningful as emotional prose, I just didn't like him. The overall art, story flow, etc is solid, better than a 'bad' yaoi, but I find this a weak spot of Ogawa Chise's catalouge. You can also find other yaoi who write this story arc (jealousy-inspired bully -> loss of control -> getting together) more appealingly.
