Both seme are shy and hide their faces inside a rabbit/dog head. While Aizawa in Hana to Usagi wears it every time someone comes to his door, Hayama only wears it in front of his crush, Shimaki 

one of the protagonist didn't came out often from his house and always got visited by the other. It's from the same mangaka and it has the fluffy cute story like hana to usagi. 

Both manga have the recurring theme of rabbits in them - while Hana to features an adult mean who wears a rabbit mask, Harapeko is an adult male who comes across a young boy that seems akin to a cute rabbit. 

Both manga feature tall, strong but incredibly reserved men who wear animal masks on their faces, day in and day out. So what happens when someone is forced to be in an environment where they have to face such strange men on a regular basis?
