Both are manga adaptations of pretty popular otome games, so they have a similar atmosphere in terms of the romance, and both of them are also about a female ninja and a bunch of male ninjas. Honestly, I'm writing this because I was trying to remember the title of one of them, and I kept finding the other, so, in terms of subject matter, I'd say they're pretty similar, even if only superficially.

Both mangas are great. They both have great art. Both of the mangas have a headstrong female lead. They know how to protect themselves and have confidence in themselves about certain situations. Both of the protagonist (at first) weren't surrounded by men but are surrounded by men (very early in the story). Both of them also involve shinobi's. Although Geten no Hana has shinobi's in it, it is set in a different time frame than Shinobi Quartet. Shinboi Quartet is set in modern time while Geten no Hana is set in the olden time. But both have romance~~~~

Geten no Hana and Sengoku Stray is about a female lead, whom I found strong as they about are capable of protecting themselves, that placed in a situation in which they are surrounded by many male characters. Both go thru character development in order to save other and themselves . Besides the characters, both stories take place in historical japan meeting Nobunaga and his subordinates ( Whom are quite handsome I might add) . ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) enjoy~

These two artworks rely on what seem to be historical eras. Although Akatsuki revolves around Dragons, and Geten no Hana on ninjas and the like; both are similar with great artwork, conflict and rivalry in love. A main protagonist female who is swarmed by a flock of hot male characters both good and bad. What more could you ask for of a tale of adventure and reverse-harem?

These are historical manga who are about the Era of Samurai in Japan, having characters that have the same names as the real historical figures. Both have a very beautiful artwork and are a fast read. If you enjoy historical romance than you should give these a try.
